We had a most wonderful stay at the beautiful and very comfortable casita. Alan is such a warm and gracious host. The casita is tastefully and elegantly appointed, with everything we could need and many thoughtful touches, including a full and well equipped kitchen. The setting is terrific, convenient to all the downtown destinations but set off in a nice residential neighborhood with grocery store and other amenities very nearby. We very much look forward to returning!

This is a cozy place that has everything you need for a week or two in Palm Springs. A full kitchen, a large private pool, private parking, and a perfect location. The owner is also very helpful and available if needed.

Nice stay and great value

Overall, really nice stay. Alan is great. Property is clean and well cared for. Minor things to note - water pressure in shower is underwhelming but not a huge deal: the home is in the flight path and near the airport, though it really wasn't a problem for us. Would stay again!!

Great stay in a great spot

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend! Alan was a great host and we really enjoyed our time here. The grocery store was close by, he gave us info on the local spots and the yard and pool looked great! Will definitely be looking to stay here again if we visit the area again!

Palm Springs Get Away

My husband I spent 5 glorious days in Palm Springs. We loved the city and our accommodation. We enjoyed the pool, the outdoor space, the location and the inside was clean, new and shiny. Alan our host was great! Highly recommend.

Under the flight path, but over the moon!

Our friends had stayed at this VRBO location twice before and highly recommended it.The host was very quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival and was even able to accommodate our pre-trip request to stay an extra night.Our host, Alan, showed us around the property when we arrived and gave us information on the VRBO, as well as tips on places to shop and eat.We received a welcome package that included fresh-picked grapefruit, oranges, and other fruit from the trees in the yard and neighbouring yards. We had truly fresh-squeezed juice and it was delicious.Alan was a fantastic and friendly host and was available if we needed anything.We would like to keep this place a secret, but highly recommend it to those who would like to stay here.While the VRBO is directly under the flight path of low-flying aircraft departing Palm Springs, it didn't bother us. Your mileage may vary.The hot water gets nice and hot, but currently takes quite a while to make its way to the faucets and shower. Patience is key.We were here to relax in a sunny warm environment and this was perfect for us.We could sit outside near the pool and listen to the mourning doves, northern mockingbirds, and watch little hummingbirds flit back and forth around us.For us, it was very peaceful.

Darling desert casita

Darling, cozy, well-appointed with beautiful pool deck & separate outside patio. I’ve been on the road in VRBOs for 4 months and only small downsides here — no washer/dryer or dishwasher. Also my first experience sharing property with home owner; thankfully he is so nice, responsive & respectful of privacy. Great proximity to beautiful hikes and 2 mile walk to downtown.

Perfect Palm Springs with pool

This Palm Springs property with pool is truly outstanding! Beautifully decorated with everything needed for our 8 night stay. The pool is perfect with excellent landscaping & great mountain views. Location is excellent, 10 minutes to downtown & only minutes from a very good grocery store. The owner is terrific & we hope to stay here again!

Our stay in Palm Springs

The property was very very nice and our host Allen was great. We highly recommend this property. Close to coffee, gricery store, etc. It was a great stay and the restaurants in Palm Springs are great. We will definitely be back and stay at this property.

Great place in a great location

This place has everything you need, and a fantastic pool to sit around. You can walk to groceries and restaurants, and it's a quick bike ride to downtown Palm Springs. We've stayed here twice and we will be back.

The property was nice, the only glitch that we experienced was that I was under the impression that it was a 2 bedroom that we were renting, instead of an in-law suite. The other note of clarification, should be that the owner lives on the property during the rental period. Other than that, the property was sufficient for our needs.

Perfect Space for Two People

This is the first time we stayed on a shared property, and it felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The space was clean and all the appliances worked perfectly. Allan has an amazing property, he is really friendly and made it clear he was available by phone if we needed anything. Overall a great stay and definitely considering booking again.
