It wasn't working properly when we first got there, and three months later it died. We went with out a washer/dryer for two weeks. The owner knew about it early but did nothing about it until it broke. It was an inconvenience for us. Seascape employees worked with us to use another unit, which was very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was highly pleased with our unit. Very clean and more-up-to-date than many I saw. My family of 5 all felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. The view was perfect. All appliances were newer and worked great. The washer and dryer was also awesome to have! The unit was literally an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Also, there were no long wait times for elevators, which was surprising considering we were there in mid July. We didn't realize until day 2 that our favorite ice cream shop, Kilwins, was also 5 minutes around the corner at the bottom of the Majestic Sun building next to us. The Whales Tale restaurant was a 5 minute walk from our rented umbrella on the beach. We walked over in our bathing suits. Decent food with great views. We had no issues with anything and never had a reason to ask about anything either. We would definitely stay here again and hope to.

One of the main reasons we came to Seascapes was free beach service, however this year the policy had changed. Also this year we received a parking ticket from HOA for not placing our parking pass where they thought it should be. It was hanging on the rearview mirror. The HOA security person was rude and yelled at us when my husband dropped me off in the underpass of Ariel Dunes 1 when it was raining. If yo

Reviewer Comments: The area is one of the best to be in, close to the beach and other restaurants and activities. Unit 1005 Ariel Dunes I was nice but needed some updates and TLC. Items like utensils, plates and cups were all over the place. Make sure to bring beach towels and a hair dryer. Furniture needs updated too. Property management was there to address an issue with the AC. Ended up all good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a repeat customer with SeaScapes. This is my first time being dissatisfied. The unit itself was fine. Located great. The biggest issue was that it was not clean. Not the bathroom. Not the kitchen. Literally every dish I attempted to use was heavily soiled. Then the furniture quality was poor. Sitting on the couch was like sitting on the floor. The poly fill pillows should be thrown away immediately. This unit just gives a sense of general neglect.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Ariel Dunes to attend a festival nearby. Our unit was disappointing, especially when compared to other units (we got to see quite a few since we had so many friends along!). Our mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, our ceiling fan was filthy and made noise, one of the toilets backed up repeatedly, and there weren’t even any hangers in the closet. We called the front desk and they couldn’t bring us any. If staying in this building I’d select a different unit, or better yet, get into Ariel Dunes 2 which is nicer and newer.

The condo we rented this time was a one bedroom, Ariel Dunes 1005. Many things in the condo were clean. The fan in our bedroom was so dirty we would not turn it on. Also the dishes were not very clean. The silver wear was dirty and we had to buy plastic to eat with. The den was sparsely furnished and there was not even a lamp by the couch. The TV in the bedroom did not work.

Great trip!

Enjoyed a great trip and pleasant time, condo was nice with updated features, however a lot of dishes were dirty and some of the basic cleaning items such as a broom and dish scrubber were absent. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would return!
