RĂ©cemment construite en 2018, cette superbe cabine de luxe de 1200 mÂČ de Gatlinburg offre une suite royale "au premier Ă©tage" avec des meubles faits main en sassafras, un tĂ©lĂ©viseur haute dĂ©finition "intelligent", une spacieuse salle de bain principale en suite cuve. Un plancher en noyer massif dans toute la cabine, des meubles en rondins sur mesure, des plafonds cathĂ©drale et de grandes baies vitrĂ©es crĂ©ent un thĂšme Adirondack dans toute la cabine. Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage offre une salle multimĂ©dia avec Ă©cran plat "intelligent" HDTV et ROKU, fauteuil inclinable Ă  deux personnes et grande salle de bain complĂšte. This is the perfect getaway for couples! The owners are so friendly! The check in and out process was incredibly easy. The location was perfect and the cabin was so beautiful and clean! We enjoyed our stay and do plan to come back!

Warm and cozy mountain cabin

The cabin was lovely, decorated tastefully and also for our Christmas vacation. The cabin was clean and it felt comfortable for our 6 day/night stay. If we travel to Gatlinburg again, we would absolutely stay there. Great place, clean and beautiful!

Very welcoming hosts and easy to access. The cabin is close to the city but deep enough in the mountains to feel like you’re away from the hubbub. The view is nice considering you’re surround by a ton of other cabins (still feels secluded). I really appreciated that the cabin was decorated for Christmas! Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could ever need. My only minor complaint was that the bed wasn’t super comfy and shampoo/conditioner wasn’t provided. That was easy enough for us to buy, but the uncomfortable bed was a bit of a bummer. The older I get, the more I appreciate my luxury mattress at home
.I know I can’t expect every mattress to be perfect, but still, for a couples getaway, a good bed is sort of important. Anyway, other than that everything was perfect!

Our wonderful week

I would love to say it was “as described”, but have you ever have anything exceed your expectations?!! The location, the view, the coziness, and so clean
the woodwork shines in every room!! So many thoughtful touches to make your stay perfect. The kitchen is nicely appointed, the laundry is fabulous, and having two bathrooms is a definite plus when getting ready for the day! The fall decor made it feel even cozier! We loved the privacy of the deck and the hot tub. The view is amazing from there. We even had a bear pass by! I could keep going, but will say this instead. If you’re looking for the perfect two person cabin, stop searching and book The Sweet Escape
you won’t be disappointed!! Angela and Mike are the ultimate hosts and we can’t wait to stay with them again!

Fall Relaxation

The cabin was perfect as to be expected as the hosts always think of everything and are very responsive. We enjoyed our week away in the mountains we saw multiple bears by the cabin. We enjoyed watching them from the spacious deck. The hot-tub was perfect every night after exploring very private. The bedroom has a nice king size bed that is comfortable after a long day of exploring as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. The cabin is everything you’d want. Secluded, cozy and spotless. Perfectly located near the park. The hosts pay a tremendous amount of attention to detail. I’d highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

SWEET is right!

This is not our first stay with Gatlinburg Vacation Cabins, but it has been the first time we stayed in The Sweet Escape. We were not disappointed .... beautiful views, lovely cabin, the best amenities. The cabin was spotless and welcoming when we got here. And, yes, we got to see bears on our way back in several mornings. What a lovely and pleasant place to be for our much needed getaway! We'll be back for sure!

Amazingly Relaxing

We stayed here the first week in August 2025 for anniversary. I booked it because of the amazing scenes off the deck and the time that we could spend out on a deck looking at the mountains. It was everything that it's made out to be. By the time we left, I was so relaxed. You're away from everything when you're staying here, it's set up just beautifully for two people, secluded, little bit of noise from the road below, but after a while, you don't even notice it. The views are too amazing to worry about a little traffic noise. We avoided pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for the most part, just way too many people there. We ate most of our meals in small towns at local diners around the area. It was a great experience. Traffic in pigeon Forge is crazy, and worse in Gatlinburg. Just be aware of that, but once you figure it out and stay away from the areas, just enjoy your drives along the foothills of the mountains. Make sure to take the foothills Parkway and just spend time at the overlook they're beautiful. The owners were also amazing to work with. I talked directly with Mike one of the owners before I booked and several times during and he texted me afterwards thanking me for renting. I've never had owners be so involved and caring. Just everything about it was amazing!

Beautiful retreat atop the mountains! We enjoyed slow mornings, relaxing afternoons, & restful evenings in this well-appointed cabin! Close to the hustle & bustle of Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge but as soon as we drove into the shaded forests of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, we felt a sense of peace & relaxation. We enjoyed hikes along creeks & up to vistas as well as scenic drives. The hot tub at the cabin was a great way to relax our tired muscles. We also enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning as we sat & drank coffee on the porch & we were fortunate to see a black bear on the road as we left on our final day! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Like new

This home was as advertised, and spotlessly clean. Walking in we felt like we were the first ones to stay there. Kitchen was well equipped including things rentals often don’t have, like a blender, cutting boards, very nice knives, large drink pitcher, and coffee grinder. We found that having two bathrooms was really handy so that my husband and I could get ready at the same time in the morning. Of course, enjoying a sunrise from the hot tub was a special experience that signaled we were truly on vacation! Location is about 1/2 way between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and was a nice escape at the end of the day. While the main road is just below your balcony you feel like you’re in a remote location. In fact, even with two other cabins visible from the grill area, once you’re in the cabin you can’t see any neighbors. From the balcony we saw a bald eagle, and we saw a large bear one morning on our way out. Angela was a responsive and personable host. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beyond belief

The “Sweet Escape” was the perfect cabin for two people. It was beautiful and extremely clean and perfectly decorated. The view from the deck was just awesome and there was a hot tub which we used after long hikes into Smokey Mountain National Park. The park was just three miles away from the cabin. Very convenient. I would go back in an instant.

Outstanding in every way

From the beginning, every detail was attended to by Mike and Angela, the owners. Detailed information was sent to inform us of the amenities and arrival process. Pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the cabin is. Great furnishings inside and out on the deck, which has wonderful views! The bed is so comfortable, and the hot tub is the perfect temperature for a summer evening after hiking. The decor is great, area appropriate and makes people smile. We were sitting on the deck enjoying the view shortly after arrival, when a bear suddenly appeared right next to the deck. We grabbed our snacks and went inside to get our cameras. A few seconds later, he was lumbering away. Mike answered our phone call right away and told us to be sure to not have any food in our car and to keep our car locked at all times, since there are silly people that feed the bears. Outstanding place and outstanding hosts! Thank yoiu so much Mike and Angela
