Un fantastique condo de plage prĂȘt Ă  vous faire vivre des souvenirs avec votre famille et vos amis. À quelques pas de la plage, ce condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains sera votre retraite balnĂ©aire prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e!

Notre condo à Pelican Point a été récemment rénové. Notre cuisine a de magnifiques comptoirs en granit, de magnifiques finitions en marbre, des armoires personnalisées et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Nous avons une cafetiÚre Keriug et un M. régulier Café cafetiÚre goutte à goutte pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre tasse préférée de Joe le matin.

Passez du temps à la plage, nous avons des jouets de plage et des planches de boogie. Si vous souhaitez vous détendre, nous avons une télévision connectée avec cùble, lecteur DVD et wifi privé pour diffuser vos émissions préférées!

Notre maison fait partie d'une communauté privée fermée de Pajaro Dunes. Cette maison a accÚs à des sentiers de randonnée / pistes cyclables, à des terrains de basket-ball, de tennis et de volley-ball, à une sécurité 24h / 24, etc.

NichĂ© entre Santa Cruz et Monterey et Ă  seulement une heure au sud de Silicon Valley, cette belle escapade est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre. Le kayak, le surf, la natation, la pĂȘche au surf, l'Ă©quitation et l'observation des oiseaux sont des activitĂ©s populaires. À quelques kilomĂštres de la cĂŽte, vous trouverez d'autres activitĂ©s telles que la promenade du bord de mer de Santa Cruz Beach, l'aquarium de Monterey Bay, des dĂ©gustations de vin et bien plus encore! Aussi Ă  proximitĂ© des restaurants et des boutiques.

Great place to stay with a group

A bunch of us were staying there while in town for a friend's wedding. Was beautiful to be right on the beach. The condo was comfy for 7 adults and a toddler. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Our family stayed here 3 nights. We liked how quiet it was and how it was nestled in the sand dunes and so close to the ocean! It was also nice to be centrally located between Monterey and Santa Cruz.

Great stay

We have rented in the same condos several times now and they are always great. The location can't be beat and the property management is very helpful. This condo was beautiful and well set up. Thank for another great stay!

Can’t see the ocean, but it’s close.

This was a great place to stay. Not too far from the ocean, but there are no views of the ocean.

The PERFECT family get away

Our condo had everything we needed! The location and accessibility to the beach is 10/10. The games and books helped distract my children in the early morning and evenings. The beach was clean and felt safe. The condo itself was immaculate, well stocked, and comfortable.

Easy Access

Great location for families with smaller kids since the porch opens up right to the dunes for easy back and forth access. Well stocked and super clean unit with all the amenities we could want (and some we didn't even know we needed)! Our kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed playing the many board games that were provided at night. Love Pajaro Dunes and we look forward to a return visit soon!

Lovely Home

Nice home behind the dunes with a private walkway to the beach. Lovely neighborhood to take a stroll, bird watch, and enjoy nature. The home was stocked with all the necessary kitchen equipment (yeah for storage containers!), plenty of towels, and extra space heaters for those that get extra chilly. Tons of windows and natural lighting. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Girls Weekend

This was a great house for our group of girls. Loved the house, loved the location - sort of. Beautiful beach, but absolutely nothing near the area at all. Everything was a good 35-045 minute drive away. Other than that, perfect place! Well supplied!!! Thank you for a great stay! Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Very Clean!!!

Our only complaint is that you have to check in at one location and then have to drive to the 2nd location and get a parking pass. Otherwise a perfect location... walk out of the back slider to the boardwalk, up the stairs and there is the beach.

Easy access to the beach!

Enjoyed the property and the easy access to the beach via the back patio. It was quiet and we had everything we needed. Enjoyed all the sunlight in the condo. Bring your own shampoo— it wasn’t supplied which is a disappointment for someone who travels a lot and this feels like it should be a given. Also bring your own coffee. Some VRBOs supply coffee and some don’t so — planned for that.

A COVID Fatigue Retreat

We so enjoyed our stay in Pelican 3. The condo was perfect size and fully equipped for a family vacation. Due to Covid restrictions we stayed on the property the entire time and did all our own cooking for all meals in the condo. The kitchen was set up so well with everything you need to make great meals. We loved the quick 3 minute walk to the beach and even though it was chilly the weather was beautiful and made for a terrific stay. The cleanliness of the condo was superb and we felt extremely safe from others on the property as all staff and guests wore masks. We all planned that we will return each Christmas time to have a break.
