Ocean View Condo 2 chambres récemment rénové Monterey Bay - Nouveau sur VRBO!

Il n'y a aucun endroit comme à la maison, jusqu'à ce que vous arriviez à Pajaro Dunes! Courant le long d'un mile et demi de la baie de Monterey, des miles passés de champs de fraises sur la côte sont notre communauté de plage fermée privée. Notre communauté de plage est située entre Santa Cruz et Monterey, en Californie, près de l'autoroute 1. Le complexe est un mélange de 550 maisons de vacances et appartements en copropriété. Pajaro Dunes Resort est un complexe pas comme les autres. Notre propriété comprend des courts de tennis, des terrains de basket-ball et de volley-ball, ainsi que des pistes cyclables et des sentiers pédestres. Promenez-vous sur la plage privée immaculée avec vue panoramique de Pebble Beach à Santa Cruz.

Notre condominium est situé dans le complexe Shorebirds de Pajaro Dunes. Situé au niveau supérieur. Notre condo a de belles vues sur l'océan! Nous avons un nouveau lit king dans la chambre principale face à l'océan et un lit Queen + Twin avec lit gigogne pour un autre couple ou adolescents ou petits. Sortez de votre porte patio et écoutez les vagues de l'océan s'écraser sur le rivage. Notre maison est propre et joliment décorée. Entièrement équipé, entièrement meublé et nous venons de terminer le remodelage de notre cuisine, l'installation de tapis neufs dans toute notre maison et d'autres mises à jour en juin 2019!

Pajaro Dunes Resort est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou une retraite en couple! Admirez la beauté des dunes de sable et profitez de kilomètres de littoral intact. Collectez des dollars de sable sur la plage et observez la faune juste devant votre fenêtre. Des phoques, des loutres de mer, des baleines, des pluviers enneigés, aux vues magiques des pélicans volant au-dessus de vous, reculez et profitez vraiment de la détente.

This is our second stay here and we returned because of the bright and beautiful space right on the beach. The house is very clean with everything you need for cooking, watching movies and enjoying the beach.

When you walk through the doors and see the expansive view, you will be glad you have this gem. We were just 2 but loved the second bedroom to keep our luggage, the 2 bathrooms were a luxury and although it was cool we love sitting on the deck to watch the sun set every night. It felt like we had the property to ourselves. We only used the grill once, but anew York City apartment dwellers, loved the option. The fireplace with the duraflame logs was something we loved every evening. The management of the resort will get back to you immediately on any issue, and ensure you are happy. This is a wonderful vacation rental in a well-run resort in an exceptionally beautiful spot. Highly recommend.

This is a nice condo! Only downside is the queen size bed as opposed to a king, but we knew that going in. Easy process for check in and out. Always a treat to be at Pajaro!

Great views of the ocean. Grounds are lovely and I felt very safe traveling with my child. We had an unfortunate issue with our unit that I believe was a result of the prior guests.

We cannot wait to share our beach condo with you. You'll love all the updates! We just finished the kitchen remodel in 2019, added a new King bed, fresh paint in 2023.
