Costal Modern cottage

Stayed for a week with my daughter, spacious, bright and very clean, all updated with modern appliances and great costal tasteful decor. Area felt very private with a beautiful patio set up. Perfect proximity to the beach and shops!

Great location and clean property

Enjoyed the unit which was very clean and a great fit for our family. We enjoyed being close to the beach and being in a quieter part of the peninsula. Yet still walking distance to all the restaurants and shops.

Sweet 16

We stayed in this property to celebrate my daughter‘s sweet 16 birthday. We had the downstairs unit and it was absolutely beautiful. The location was super close to the beach and restaurants. The window was so convenient to just be able to feed people out on the patio, and it provides a nice breeze throughout the house when you leave it open. I would definitely recommend staying here. Super clean, very spacious, and the owner was easy to get a hold of and so kind. My daughter and her friends had the best time celebrating her birthday here.

Perfect Beach Houee

We loved this cute house. Everything has been recently upgraded. Super convenient to have a garage parking spot and to be within walking distance of not only the beach but so many other places. Would definitely stay again.

Newport Beach Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at Wendy's beach bungalow. It was clean and a very short walk to the beach. Wendy had beach toys, boogie boards and chairs for our use which we really enjoyed and added a lot of value to our trip. Location was not just close to beach but also to restaurants and shopping.

Good location

Very clean. Easy to access. Only a block or two from the beach. Can get a little noisy when there is a group living in the apartment above, but not a big deal. We were only using it as a place to stay when looking at colleges for our son, but has a lot of extras if you are there for a summer vacation and going to the beach etc.

Adorable beach bungalow with all the ammenities!

What a great spot! We stayed with our family of four over Spring Break and LOVED this location. It's a quick walk to the beach, a park, and even a little mini mall. This was the perfect spot for us and it had all the extras - beach toys, boogie boards, flippers, towels. My only gripe is the weather wasn't great during out stay but that can't be controlled! :)

Home away from home

This place was exactly as pictured and more. It was very quiet. There was some construction next door but was only during the day when we mostly were away. We could barely hear the tenants upstairs and slept like logs in the comfy beds. There are not only dishes but pots and pans and other utensils so that you really don't need anything except maybe some seasonings to cook with. I had groceries delivered from Von's our first day. Wendy was so nice and easy to deal with. It really was seamless, which was great for my first VRBO experience. Great restaurants everywhere. The bunk bed was so much fun for our 7 year old daughter and she had plenty of extra comfy blankets too. We can't wait to come back!

Family visit with "Special Needs "

Families with special needs children in wheelchairs always has its obstacles and challenges. We chose this place because it was floor level, Central A/C, Close walk straight to the beach, and garage tandem parking was a big + for van ramp and unloading. The wheelchair was easy to maneuver inside the unit and light furniture with enough space to rearrange. There is one step at front and sliding door and a high entry way step to get the wheelchair over but no problem with the help of another person or a small ramp would be perfect too. Everything is provided, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing paper towels, napkins, paper plates, and foil. Also bring a beach umbrella or pop up but all beach gear, nice thick beach towels, kids toys, and many chairs available. And bring a hotspot if internet/tv is important to you. Great time here, beautiful place!
