Belle vue, unité supérieure récemment rénovée dans un immeuble en bord de mer! Très bien situé pour les familles et s'amuser au soleil! Un garage de stationnement, laveuse / sécheuse partagée, lave-vaisselle. Emplacement populaire sur le sable! Pas de passage public!

The location of this unit is amazing. The view is spectacular. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. The unit is very family friendly. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. The kitchen has everything you need. Communications with management team was wonderful. Check in and check out were smooth. Will definitely book again!

Amazing Ocean View

Home was more than we had expected for our family vacation. High quality linens, beach towels provided, extra toilet/paper towels, kitchen had everything needed to cook all our meals (even a slowcooker). The AC was an added bonus! We will definitely book again!!

Right on the sand

This home is right on the beach! Great to watch the surfers and the sunsets. The paved beach path for walkers/bikers/skaters starts a couple of blocks away, so this location is very quiet. The kitchen/living room/dining room area is well appointed, with a nice gas fireplace, large TV, and fabulous view. The bedrooms are small but adequate. The bathrooms are showing their age, but, again, are adequate. Bring sharp knives if you want to do some cooking, and bring beach chairs. Having a garage was much appreciated because parking is at a premium. Loved being able to walk to the pier (less than a mile), shops and restaurants. If you like excellent seafood, have a meal (or two) at Fly 'N' Fish.

Beautiful location!

This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!

Great Beachside Weekend

This was a great spot for our family to relax after a whirlwind tour of amusement parks. Plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms too. Best of all, it’s right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shopping!

Girls weekend

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of some very basic issues that can be corrected easily. First off, the property could not have been in a better location. It is a bit outdated but clean, and comfortable, plenty of hot water and the bath towels were plush and nice. The living area is quite small for a place that sleeps 10 so be aware if you are filling the house you all will not be able to sit inside together comfortably, and the deck is very small also. It looks bigger in the pictures. You can only sit 4 people on the deck. Here are the small issues we had…. We had 10 ladies, 4 moms and our adult daughters. I registered all 10 of us with the hosts upon reserving so they knew how many of us were coming and that we were all adults. There was only 1 hair dryer for 3 bathrooms, and they only supplied 7 beach towels (knowing we had 10 adults.) Only 4 beach chairs and and umbrella that we could not get deep enough into the sand to use. No beach games, boogie boards or any type of water toys, which I know most people buy their own toys but more chairs should definitely be available for the price paid. It’s the little things that make a trip great, and this house is almost there!

Great location

Location was spot on. We rented the upstairs unit. Had a very small patio deck.- view of the beach was awesome. Accommodated our family well. House a little tired looking, but again the location was spectacular. Also, could have been a little cleaner. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Besides lots of beach towels, no beach chairs, or sand toys for children. Location, location, location.

Great location on the beach

The property is a little dated but in good shape and right on the beach. Easy walk to the pier, parks, and the restaurants. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Take shower soap, shampoos, and facial tissues with you.

Spectacular location

New Port beach's sweet spot, is this home. Home located on the sand (not the boardwalk) and walking distance from the pier and shops. Great food, restaurants and shopping nearby. Home is spacious, clean and bright. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Location Amazing Views

House was perfect for what we needed to have a place for my siblings to meet up to surprise our mom for her 60th birthday. Weather was perfect, views from the balcony were amazing. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Clean and comfortable beds. Great stay!

Family Getaway!

The condo location was great, a short walk to the Newport pier, bar/restaurants. Great bike riding trail to Huntington Beach. The views of the ocean and beach time was wonderful. The bedrooms need new carpet/laminate flooring and the unit is mostly updated. If you want to do any cooking, you will need to buy all your spices, oil, etc. (knives for preparing meals and steak knives are very dull). Management was GREAT with communication, helpful giving advice with the rental car size for the garage, suggestions on restaurants, etc. Overall, the weekend was a great success!

Newport Sand House

We throughly enjoyed the property. The location was perfect, sand in front of the house and the boardwalk was only one street away. This also made parking a lot easier to find. The house was clean, well stocked and provided plenty of beach towels. All the bedding was comfortable and good quality. My family and I hope to make this an annual event and would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful location

The property is right on the beach so the view is spectacular. I loved that house had 3 bathrooms. Great communication from the property management team before check-in. It was simple to check-out, not a big list of “to-do’s”. The only negatives were parking for additional cars, which should be expected given the neighborhood. It would have also been nice to have had a few condiments like salt, pepper, etc., so you didn’t have to provide everything. Maybe that is new due to Covid. Overall a GREAT place.

Incredible retreat!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful rental in Newport Beach. Location, location, location - amazing sunsets! Beautiful views and gorgeous beach. Really great that you are close to the boardwalk but not on it with the people walking by. We cannot wait to book again. Loved every minute - thank you!
