Profitez de la tranquillité paisible de la vie du lac dans cette charmante maison de 4 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bain située directement sur le lac. À seulement 250 mètres du chenal principal de la rivière Cumberland. Cette propriété au bord du lac offre des vues spectaculaires, un terrain bien entretenu en pente douce pour un accès facile à l'eau pour la baignade et les sports nautiques. Nous avons également un quai couvert avec une échelle de bain. Les caractéristiques de la maison comprennent une belle chambre toutes saisons face au lac, une télévision de 55 pouces avec son surround dans le salon et des télévisions à écran plat dans les chambres. Sont également inclus la télévision par câble, Internet haut débit sans fil, draps, serviettes, laveuse / sécheuse, H / A central. Dehors, il y a un grill fumoir à granules Traeger!. La grande terrasse arrière fait face au lac avec de nombreux sièges pour que tout le monde puisse profiter de la vue. Les nombreuses fenêtres à l'arrière de cette maison encadrent les belles vues quelle que soit la saison. La 4ème chambre est meublée avec 3 lits jumeaux sur des lits superposés, une télévision à écran plat et NES Classic. La maison pourra accueillir 6 adultes et jusqu'à 9 enfants confortablement ou jusqu'à 9 -10 adultes. La maison se trouve à 3 km du port de plaisance / restaurant de Prizer Point. L'accès en bateau public Rock Castle est juste en face de la crique. Profitez du lac vivant dans la maison au bord du lac incroyablement confortable.

Very nice weekend retreat

This was a great place to stay with extended family for a long weekend getaway. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Beautiful view and easy to dock our own boats since the public ramp is just across the cove (literally a 3 minute boat ride from the ramp to the rental’s dock). We would definitely book here again.

A nice property, beautiful view, easy access to the lake, kitchen had everything we needed. Hangers in closets would have been nice. Not aware until check in that kids could not use WiFi for gaming, that was disappointing. But overall a really nice vacation for family. The big round table was great for meals and just catching up! Would recommend this property!

We had the best time!!! Our 2nd stay at the paddle house!!! The host is amazing and communication is awesome. We had some rain during our stay but with the covered dock didn’t stop us from fishing and enjoying the view, not to mention the beautiful home with a enough room for all the silly games we brought to play with the kids. Definitely hope this home is available to us next year it is perfect!!!!
Sunset off the dock views don’t get any better than this in Kentucky!!!

Relaxing

Great house and great location. My mom went antique shopping in downtown Cadiz and my dad caught fish off the dock. The deck was a good place to watch the sunsets and relax. Wonderful trip!

Nice waterfront home!

Wonderful family time!

This house was great in so many ways. Right on the water, great fishing from the dock, swimming, kayaking and such a quiet inlet. Inside was a great bedroom for the children and space around the table for meals and games. House was spotless.

Beautiful Lake Home

We had a wonderful weekend with our family in this home. The split floorplan was perfect for our family and the kids loved the bunk room. The large deck with the view overlooking the lake was everyones favorite spot. Five stars all around for this home!

Charming cottage

This is a great house. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax. Very easy access to water and boat dock. Pete the owner is great to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend and we will be back to enjoy again.

This property was everything and more than pictures show. Conveniently located to everything we needed and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. The view of the lake was gorgeous! Wish we would have stayed longer. If we come again, will definitely rent this house.

Lake Get-a-way

The property is clean and offered almost all that we needed - cooking supplies, plenty of bathrooms, lake access and a place to keep our boat. We were short on bath towels, so we did a lot of laundry.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. I will verify with the cleaner on the towels. Typically there are enough towels for 9 guests, however I have seen the extra towels stored under the sink in the second bathroom making them a bit harder to find. Thank you again for being a returning guest.

Gorgeous setting, lovely home

The property was exactly what we wanted for our 2 family vacation. It had lots of space inside and a large deck. It sits in a quiet cove, and the kids kayaked and swam. Very clean and pretty home, inside and out. Owner has a very detailed list of things to do in the area.

Share our dream house! Carriage Cove is a quaint neighborhood right on the water with large private lots. We love the area and want to share our perfect location. Our favorite time is sitting on the quite serene deck that offers great views enjoying the morning coffee. The slope to the water is gentle offering easy access to the water. We feel that our house offers travelers a unique experience of lake living to create memories that will last a life time. From the wonderful deck overlooking the lake to the swimming hole just off the dock, the Paddle House has exactly what you are looking for in a lake get away.

Lake houses are a dime a dozen on Barkley Lake. The Paddle House is different! The Paddle House offers you a large back yard that is gently sloping to the water with deep water for swimming and about 250 yards from the main lake channel. The paddle house sits on a large double lot so you have lots of elbow room to spread out and enjoy your time on the lake.
