Good evening, We regret not having been able to exceed your expectations. For all clarity, you were informed of the possibility of repair work being done to the buildings as soon as we were ourselves made aware. In fact, the works were delayed as expected & you were not inconvenienced in any way. All charges are mentioned on the web site in the general conditions and were also brought to your notice in the confirmation mail you received at the time of your booking. These charges can therefore not be construed as being hidden. Should you have been uncomfortable with these charges, you also had the possibility of cancelling your booking without charge and within the delay period mentioned on the site on which you booked. If you experienced any clogged pipes, these should have been brought to the notice of your hostess who would have been more than happy to assist you.
