Ce 3 chambres (avec 4 lits, parfait pour les groupes de golf), 2 salles de bain a
une cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, laveuse pleine grandeur
et sécheuse, garage pour 3 voitures avec hauteur supplémentaire et longueur pour camion ou jouets. Il y a un parking pour trois voitures dans le garage. Il y a un barbecue à gaz sur le grand patio couvert avec de nombreux sièges et un green. Revenez d'une journée de golf ou de loisirs dans un bain à remous avec vue sur les montagnes

Mesquite propose 7 parcours de championnat à moins de 5 minutes les uns des autres,
beaucoup de VTT et de sentiers de randonnée à travers Mesquite
déserts. Mesquite est également connu pour certains des meilleurs VTT hors route,
aller au Grand Canyon en 3 heures et demie, ou tout simplement courir jusqu'à
Mesa flattop pour certaines des meilleures vues Mesquite que vous aurez jamais vues.

This was a gorgeous home, our family enjoyed it thoroughly. Close to all the things we wanted to do in town. The kitchen was over stocked which was so nice if we forgot something.

Great Golf vacation property

The property was clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive. The beds are soft. The only issues were the master closet had a lock on it, and the owner is a little too involved in the process by making surprise checks or "maintenance" visits which is not preferred.

As I said I at the door I received a batteries critically low message from my wireless door lock and just came to replace it. I just didn't want you to get locked out. And I have personal Items in the master closet yet I still gave you access to it after you asked so you could hang up your cloths.

Mesquite Get away

The house was not clean on arrival, we had to clean the shower and bathroom, sweep and mop the kitchen, dinning room and hallway before we felt comfortable, “I took a photo of all the dirt in the dust pan”, It looked like someone had been sleeping on top of the covers of the bed when we arrived. No extra toilet paper or amenities available, not a warm and fuzzy feeling upon arrival.

Great house for a quiet getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a week of golf. The house was perfect for us and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. When I stay anywhere, the bed, coffee pot, shower, and access to outdoors are my priorities. All were perfect. The neighborhood was nice to walk in and the backyard was a relaxing spot to sit and think. The hot tub was very nice. We were able to access our Amazon Prime account on the TV and watch a couple of our favorite shows. Mesquite doesn't have a lot of great restaurants (we're not into casinos so didn't try those) but Samurai 21 was so amazing we went twice. We highly recommend this house and we will likely be back.

Not what we expected

The outside grill was filthy and unusable. The garbage had been left in the garage long enough to make the garage and laundry room stink. It wasn’t usable until we could take the trash out to the curb on Thursday. Only 1 control on the hot tub jets worked and it was low on water. The microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. There were towels left in the washing machine from the last use. It was a nice and comfortable house in a quiet location, but the house cleaning and maintenance left a lot to be desired.

Beautiful House

Very nice modern house with beautiful furnishings. Very well appointed but with a few drawbacks. The first glaring omission was lack of a lock on the back door. Next was the failure to provide a garage door opener. Last was the fact the brand new refrigerator failed to make adequate ice for two people. Correct those things and you’re batting 1000.

The back door unfortunately is a Sliding Glass door that needs to be replaced by the builder who Im working with because it is warped it does lock but you have to push on it the right way. and there is a piece of wood to put in the slot to prevent access. It is rare that owners of short term rentals will give guests the garage door transmitters due to theft and as I told the guest because they tend to drive off and if your only stay a week its not that hard to use the garage external keypad. which I gave you the code for. You are the only guests that have had issues with the refrigerator it looks like the some one left the freezer door open and froze the mechanism that makes the Ice I just pulled it out and ran worm water over the tray and it works fine now. This is the 1st guest that has had an issue with the ice maker. Unfortunately sometimes homes aren't always perfect but I try to walk all guest through any problems they may have.

Not a good experience

The house was a newer home and looked like it was well kept until we openned the garage door and were met with a horrific odor of rotting garbage. The garbage can was in the middle of the garage, W had to take the can outside because the odor was permeatng into the house. At first glance the house looked clean but we found a large amount of grease splatter all over the stovetop and counter. The rugs in both bathrooms were filthy and looked as though they had never been cleaned. The bedding on the twin bed was filthy and there were very few towels. We had to wash the bedding and a few towels. When we tried to dry them, we found the dryer was over full with towels and sheets, The laundry was still very damp and starting to mildrew. It took 3 loads to wash and dry them. There was garbage under each of the beds and dust everywhere. Th sliding door was covered with finger prints and the electrical outlet in the main bathroom didn't work. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards and dirty silverware in the drawer. The dishwasher had a large glob of something on the bottom interior, It took 2 cycles to clean it.. The only cleaning supplies to use was a small amount of dish soap and a bottle of Windex. For the amount we werre charged for a cleaning fee, we expected a clean home. We contacted the owner but have not heard back. We were very disappointed with our stay and will not stay there again.

Unfortunately I did receive a notification that this guest was not happy with the cleaning fee and felt it was too high. They did not contact me till the day they were checking out making it impossible to verify what they said was true. I have learned as a host to ask for pictures on arrival if there are any problems due to the fact that some guests will ask for discounts or refunds without proof (pictures). I would love to be able to trust guests but I have been burned in the past. I was the one who cleaned the home prior to this guests arrival and know this was not a true response. More of I just want some money back because I think your cleaning fee is too high. The fee is the going rate for a 3 bedroom home.

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood

We had a very comfortable stay at this house while we were in Mesquite to visit family. There were 4 of us and it worked out perfectly. Plenty of room to relax and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. The hot tub looks very nice although we did not get a chance to use it. The outdoor patio area was very relaxing for conversation and coffee in the morning. This would be an excellent place to stay for a golf outing. There are many lovely courses in the area. The kitchen was nice and well supplied. David, the host , was very accommodating as we had to adjust our reservation a couple times. We really appreciated that. He was also easily reachable with any questions.

Im a local to the St George and Mesquite area, Im a full time flight nurse that works in Mesquite. Ive had long term rental properties in the past and have moved into short term rentals. I believe in great customer service and the way you treat others is most important. I try and accommodate special requests the best I can. I inspect the home myself before renting it to be sure guests are receiving the best, cleanest experience they can.
