Had a great time in this unit. The view of sunsets and the park below is really special. Would stay again if we come back to Mesquite

Good base of operations in Mesquite

The property is clean and well situated as a location from which to launch other activities such as golf, etc. Some maintenance details need attention, such as fresh batteries for TV remotes, a separated picture frame that appeared to have fallen off the wall, and the shower plumbing needs repair (the handle spins all the way around and around, but we were able to make it work with some careful adjustment). Overall, very workable.

The condo was neat and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was good, everything we needed was 10 minutes or less. Beautiful winter sunsets. (TV’s could yes an upgrade). Would definitely stay there again.

Great golfing stay

Wonderful location near the Mesquite Golf properties. Great condo. Lots of seating for a group. There were 3 of us and everyone had they spot. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need. I would highly recommend.

Rented the property from Aug 25 through Aug 31 and extended through Sept 02. Great location! Awesome views from front porch! Pool is really sweet!Water pressure is not good. Downstairs shower head & base fixtures needs to be replaced. Light bulb needs to be replaced in downstairs bedroom I slept in (ceiling fan). I had to replace Living Room TV remote batteries.If I needed to go back to Mesquite & rent again would I request this location? Probably yes, but not at its current price.

Lo Ășnico complicado fue encontrar la direcciĂłn de la unidad ya que no estĂĄn visibles y me tomo bastante tiempo para encontrarla pero el resto de la unidad estaba Muy limpio, espacioso y muy pero muy lindo el condominio! Espero volver pronto 😍

It’s Okay

This is a nice and spacious condo in a great location, but overall, it was just okay. The king sized mattress is quite old and not comfortable. There is a memory foam topper that helps, but it doesn’t hide the fact that the mattress is worn out. One of the queen beds has also seen better days and has been well used. The bedspreads were older and one had holes in one corner where it looked like it had been melted. Also, this unit is not very well stocked. No tissues, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. The pool and hot tub area was nice, but it does not appear that the pool was heated as it was VERY cold. This unit was sufficient for our needs and was better than a hotel because of the extra room and it was clean. It has a lot of potential and could be really great with a few improvements.

Really nice property!

The property was really nice. The condo itself was very clean!! We go to some air bnbs and they can be pretty
.dirty. I was really impressed with the cleanliness! The kitchen had everything we needed as far as cooking/eating/utensils. Location had a great view from the balcony of gold courses and a park and located close to the pool. I did wish the tv could be hooked up to the internet because we wanted to watch a movie one night. Not a big problem though. Really great stay!
