We always strive to keep everything running perfectly, but when that unexpected hot tub pump issue popped up on Mother's Day, we made it our absolute priority to get a technician out first thing Monday morning to fix it. Regarding the cleaning, thank you again for bringing those details to our attention. We take cleanliness very seriously, and we have already addressed those specific issues directly with our cleaning team to ensure our high standards are strictly maintained moving forward. We really tried to set the house up for families with younger kids because we remember bringing our kids when they were young to the beach and it is nice to have everything you need instead of packing everything up. Thank you so much for this review! We love the pool and it is really great for families with children. There is also plenty of shade and seating under the house to be able to watch your kids swim and not be in the sun all day. Thanks for mentioning the beds. We try to make sure that the home, furniture, etc are as comfortable as can be because that is what we would want as a vacationer.

I think you highlighted some of the best features of our home with the location so close to the beach and closeness to other areas, such as Manteo, which really is a cute town and has a lot of shops and restaurants on the waterfront.
