Notre condominium avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© en 2007 et rĂ©amĂ©nagĂ© pour vous offrir des vacances reposantes, calmes et agrĂ©ables. Nous venons de passer aux planchers de bambou, ce qui confĂšre Ă  notre magnifique condo un sentiment d’ouverture et de libertĂ©. Cette unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© au dernier Ă©tage offre Ă©galement une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an et la montagne depuis notre vĂ©randa privĂ©e. Il y a un dĂ©panneur Ă  l'avant du complexe, ce qui est une excellente fonctionnalitĂ© lorsque vous avez besoin de quelque chose Ă  la derniĂšre minute. Le complexe est Ă  distance de marche des restaurants et des boutiques. Nous avons 2 piscines, une superbe plage de sable et une cabane en bord de mer pour dĂźner ou simplement profiter du paysage Ă  couper le souffle. Ou, vous pouvez simplement profiter de la vue magnifique de la vĂ©randa. Nous nous efforçons d'offrir tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances mĂ©morables.

Perfect! Location and accommodation

This place had it all. Pool by the ocean, private places to lounge and even a liquor store at the street. The room had everything too. Coolers beach chairs (the good ones) and the kitchen was well equipped. The lanai had a sofa and a place it eat. The pictures should be updated because this place is way nicer in person.

Hawai’i vacation

The building is older but very well maintained. The apartment was vey clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Close enough to town and other amenities. The 2 pools were great.we enjoyed having a beach umbrella and chairs available.

Nice Condo and Perfect Location

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was set up with everything we needed, including lots of extras. The complex was beautiful and quiet. We loved the oceanfront saltwater pool and private beach. The location on the island was perfect for us, close to Costco and other amenities, in addition to allowing us to take a few separate day trips to the northern part of the island, southern part/Volcanoes National Park, and the eastern side/Hilo for more exploring.

Week long stay at Casa De Emdeko

Great stay at Christy's condo! This is a very nice complex- grounds are beautifully kept and the ocean front pool and beach area are so nice, especially for sunset viewing. Sweet lanai view as well and appreciated being on the 3rd floor and away from the pools. Very quiet, we slept well on comfy bed! Everything we needed for cooking at home, good central location for base camp for Kona adventures. Appreciated having cooler bag and beach umbrella to use during our stay! We would easily stay here again if available. Recommend highly!

Love this Location

I had a wonderful stay. This unit upstairs allowed for a morning on the lanai where the sun would rise behind and shine in the ocean in front. Just a quick walk to the front on the condo to the ocean front, salt water pool. Becasue of the unit location it does look over the open air “lobby” Unit was comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen, and the in unit washer and dryer was a plus! Love the Casa and this unit was wonderful.

Beautiful view of sunsets

The unit was great with a comfortable bed and the view off of the lanai is awesome as are the sunsets. It has everything needed for a super vacation.

We rented this condo almost a year before arriving.We turned on the A/C to cool things down a little. After while it became too cool but the A/C did not shut down by itself so we had to manually turn the unit off.Only 2 trash bags for a months stay and no laundry soap starter. In the kitchen we flipped the light switch but the kitchen light would not go on, a bad receptacle/switch. We informed the owner about the A/C unit not working properly, she commented that she knew about the problem, but it was too old to be fixed. She said she would send someone over to fix the faulty electrical switch in the kitchen, no one came over to fix the faulty electrical circuitWe informed the owner that we will just have to live with the broken A/C thermostat, during sleeping hours but we had to get up and adjust the temperature to be comfortable, a pain. Not fixing the possible faulty electrical switch is a red flag.The condo itself is ok, the highlight is the balcony, sunsets can be viewed while having dinner or a drink. The bathroom is nice; the kitchen is functional. It was quiet at night despite being so close to Alii Drive, a plus.Checkout instructions need change. The bedding, etc. had to washed and folded before the 10am departure, not sure what the maid has to do.We are disappointed that the owner knew the A/C thermostat was faulty, but it was not included in the listing.Things need to be fixed properly (a/c. light switch) before staying here.

Perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. A condo close to the beach, with a very quiet beach lanai and pool. Close to down town Kona for a quick Uber trip or drive. Very easy and secure parking for the rental car. Condo was exactly as described and everything went great!

Unit was very clean and well appointed: great bed, large bathroom, all the kitchen amenities as well as great pots and pans. The host also provided great beach chairs and beach towels! The air conditioner was very efficient, as were the washer and dyer and dishwasher. We loved the grounds and especially the sea pool, the 'beach' and BBQ's and eating area. The grounds were beautiful. We were there for the month of January and would definitely stay here again, with hesitation.

Casa stay

We enjoyed being close to the water. The high surf for most of our stay made the ocean beautiful to look at. Nice sunsets! The condo is well appointed and Christy was quick to respond to our queries. It's nice to have an end unit where no one walks past your bedroom.

Quiet and comfortable

We (couple fraom germany) stayed at this condo in January 2009. We loved it! Quiet, complete and comfortable, nice people, rather small with about 60 units. Clean pools, wonderful gardens, nice small (artificial) beach. Very good and uncomplicated owner - thank you, Chris!

Nice location

This is a one bedroom condo that needs an update. The condo complex is great with two nice pools and nice plantings. The condo itself is a bit shabby; needs an update.

Fairly close to downtown, nice waterfront BBQ, pool and sunset watching area. Nice big lanai, but with public access around the side. Not quite certain what the Newly Remodeled refers to (hence the Hmmmm....) ... and the bed was quite on the firm side.

Well equipped apartment in a beautiful tropical setting. All equipment that you might ever want at the beach is supplied. Protected parking. Everybody is quiet and respectful of others. Gas grills on the property. Beautiful sunsets on the shore. Excellent wi-fi connection in every room. Apartment has washer and dryer.

We stayed in Casa on a vacation to the Big Island. We absolutely fell in love with the complex. Our unit was for sale while we were there and we decided we had to have it. A year and a half later, we bought our second unit. We love to come here and enjoy our units. We try to make them our home away from home.
