Cette maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain au bord de l'eau a tout pour rendre vos vacances en famille amusantes et relaxantes.
Profitez de votre café le matin sur le porche avec une vue magnifique sur l'eau et le marais. L'après-midi, détendez-vous au soleil ou profitez de la pêche juste à côté du quai. "Ça ne va pas beaucoup mieux que ça" vient à l'esprit en décrivant la vue depuis le quai au coucher du soleil et n'oublions pas le bain à remous apaisant situé sur le porche grillagé qui est un moyen idéal pour terminer la journée avec votre boisson préférée.

Les bateaux sont les bienvenus et il y a beaucoup d'espace pour garer la remorque de bateau à la maison.
AU NIVEAU PRINCIPAL: La maison a une cuisine entièrement équipée, une table de salle à manger pour 6, 4 tabourets de bar et des sièges supplémentaires sur une grande véranda grillagée. La cuisine donne sur la tanière dans un plan d'étage ouvert. La chambre principale a une belle suite de bain principale avec une baignoire spa, une douche à l'italienne et un WC. Une deuxième chambre (pas encore illustrée) est également située au niveau principal avec une autre salle de bain idéalement située.
UPSTAIRS: Il y a deux autres grandes chambres, une salle de bain complète et une grande salle de réunion.
SOUS LA MAISON: Il y a des trucs amusants fournis, une table de ping-pong, un filet de volley-ball, des chaises de plage et plus encore.
Si vous aimez regarder les marsouins jouer pendant que vous vous détendez, lancez une ligne au bout du quai ou montez sur votre bateau depuis le quai flottant pour faire une croisière l'après-midi, c'est la maison à louer pour les vacances.

À PROXIMITÉ: Mettez votre bateau à la rampe située à moins d'un mile de distance et amarrez-le sur le quai flottant. Location de kayaks et planches à pagaie sont disponibles auprès d'un vendeur local. Profitez d'une journée à la plage car le parc d'État de Hunting Island est à seulement 12 miles avec une plage naturaliste, des sentiers de randonnée et un phare. Beaufort Waterfront, Parris Island et Port Royal sont tous à une courte distance en voiture. Dockside, Steamers, Boondocks, Johnson's Creek Tavern, Foolish Frog sont des restaurants locaux situés sur Lady's Island et Sainte-Hélène.

A Hidden Gem on St. Helena Island – Pure Coastal Bliss I traveled with my 5 sisters to St. Helena Island from Georgia and North Carolina. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely enchanted by this beautiful home on St. Helena Island. The setting is serene — surrounded by lush greenery and endless river views that shift in color with every sunset. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.The house itself is immaculate and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and relaxation. Every room is stylish yet homely, with soft linens, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy spaces that invite you to unwind. Morning coffee on the porch was a blessing and very peaceful. The house was awesome and perfect for our two families. Plenty of beds and bathrooms! The kitchen had everything we needed and the dock was fun for swimming and perfect for parking the boat, very deep on the front side of the dock. Everyone said we should book it again for next year!

We brought our children and grandchildren to the area for my daughter’s wedding, and we could not have been more comfortable and pleased with this home. It was clean and beautiful and very accommodating. Our hostess was very kind. We would absolutely stay again!

The pictures don’t even do this house justice. It was beautiful, extremely clean, and the view was amazing! We spent lots of time fishing on the dock and sitting on the nice screened in porch. The house had all pots/pans/utensils we needed to cook and more! The neighbors were extremely nice. Our dog had a great time as well and we were so glad we got to include him!

Family vacation

This was our favorite vacation. The house is beautifully maintained and in a perfect location. Plenty of places to go and eat, shopping is very convenient. The fishing is great off of the dock and you get to enjoy watching the dolphins in the evenings and mornings…the hosts are great with communication, I highly recommended this home…we can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful Deep Water Creek View

Great location for those who enjoy the water and all it has to offer...boating, swimming, crabbing, and fishing. It has good dockage for two boats. Hunting Island State Park is nearby for a day at the beach. The house is comfortable for a large group, and the kitchen has most of the items needed for cooking in.

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing!

This was the perfect spot for our family gathering! The home was cozy and comfortable, and situated in a quieter area away from the crowds/tourists. We caught crabs off the dock, played ping pong and corn hole, visited Hunting Island and the Penn Center, enjoyed a couple rounds of golf, and strolled around lovely downtown Beaufort!

Vacay St Helena way

Host was great to work with. Place and view were more than expected. Close to alot of stores and attractions Knats were a little bothersome when on the dock. But host did provide bug spray which was nice. Would definitely recommend this place. Very quiet and relaxing.

I cannot say enough about this house!! Was very clean, well appointed & the kitchen had all you needed & then some!! Awesome back screened in porch overlooking the water. Wonderful weekend

I could not answer the questions because I rented the property for my grown children and spouses! But from what they said, all was perfect! Loved the house and view and did some boating and enjoyed the whole weekend!!

We are a Mother and Children team (my children are adults). I am a mother of 3, grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 4 so far. I have lived in Beaufort for over 10 years but also I am an original South Carolinian. What I love most is spending time with my family and friends no matter where that may be.
Pictured is me and my oldest daughter, Janice. She is helping me with all of the technical stuff that challenges me.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I have decided to make my home available to other families for vacation rental in hopes they will enjoy what it has to offer like we do. We absolutely love the area. There is opportunity to fish, swim, shell, sunbath right from our dock. You can see the shrimp boats from the dock and watch as they go out and come in.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My children and grandchildren love to take the boat out to the sand bar which is right around the bend and enjoy a day of games, fishing and sunning. This might be something you would enjoy but regardless of your activity, the views from the porch and dock are amazing.
If you have not been to the area before please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have, my daughter and I will do our very best to answer.
