Cette maison de luxe côtière moderne et récemment rénovée est idéalement située juste à côté de la plage et dispose d'un accès privé à la plage! Vous ne serez pas coincé derrière 6 rangées de chaises et de parasols bloquant votre vue, vous serez en première ligne pour profiter de votre propre plage privée comme vous le souhaitez!

Cette spacieuse maison de deux étages comprend 6 chambres, 6 salles de bain, une cuisine gastronomique ultramoderne, un grand balcon couvert donnant sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique avec un assortiment de confortables fauteuils à bascule. Il dispose également d'une immense piscine où vous pouvez vous asseoir tout en entendant les vagues et sentir les chaudes brises du golfe! Ceci est juste 1 maison directement de la plage alors y arriver ne pourrait pas être plus facile ou plus sûr pour la famille.

Entrez dans la salle de jeux de 1 200 pieds carrés et préparez-vous à être émerveillé !!! La salle entièrement interactive dispose d'un éclairage LED dans tout le bar, de tables Cask et d'une table de billard, d'une table de ping-pong, d'un jeu de fléchettes, d'un système de jeu vidéo multiple avec Pac-Man, Galaga et plus encore! Avec un fond bleu océan, vous vous sentirez comme si vous étiez dans un autre endroit complètement au large!
Utilisez cette zone pour des soirées familiales amusantes après avoir passé toute la journée à la plage. La décoration de plage amusante offre une excellente toile de fond pour les photos et le plaisir!

Il se trouve à 1,6 km du parcours de golf indien Bayou et à seulement 8 km des parcours de golf de premier plan de Sandestin et de nombreux parcours de renommée mondiale dans la région. À 5 minutes de Destin's Harborwalk Village, qui abrite la plus grande flotte de pêche charter de la Floride et une plaque tournante pour la pratique de nombreux sports nautiques et de la pêche. We had a work conference in the area. The Property was amazing. We had 7 guests, sleep comfortably with most having a private bathroom. The kitchen and great room were spacious with a fabulous couch. The game room is huge and well equipped. Spent some time in the pool as well. About a 5 minute walk to beach access. A all around. I would not consider staying anywhere else in the area.

What a fantastic location for a s bike graduation trip. Accommodations were fantastic. Distance to the beach was perfect. Lots of parking if needed. The place was so aesthetic an every detail was considered in making it a beach vibe. Only complaint we have is that they didn’t have pool heat. They said they did, we paid for it, but then the day before we went there they said it was broken. Major disappointment. We do appreciate being able to check out late, but it did come with a fee. We would definitely go back again.

Beautiful

Great home and location! Easy access to the beach and all of the amenities! Game room was awesome for the kids, teens and adults! Plenty of outdoor space, and the interior decor downstairs felt like a ship and dock!

We were very pleased with our stay at Captains Quarters. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early after a long drive due to having trouble finding a hotel mid-way (we didn't realize there was a big game that weekend and all hotels were booked). They also allowed me to remove the rugs to accommodate my elderly mother who trips easily. Everyone loved the house, it was a very short walk to the beach, and the game room was a big hit!

Great experience at Captain's Quarters

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend at Captain's Quarters. The game room in particular was a great spot to watch college football and enjoy some pool + ping pong. Highly recommend to anyone vacationing to Destin.

This was perfect for our family of eight adults and nine kids ranging from 2-13. The beach was close, the pool gave another water option that was used every day, and the game room was great for all ages. If we had a question, Daniel answered immediately. Everyone loved it!

Family Vacation

This was one of the best houses we have rented! The entry process was easy and so simple. We came into a clean, fully stocked with towels and linens! There was enough space for everyone to have fun together and then able to have alone time when needed! Pool was the right size for everyone to enjoy! -can't wait to book this place again!!

We loved the house. The nautical theme was cute. The rooms were large. The game room was exceptional. The neighborhood was nice and fairly quiet. Loved the private beach! Would recommend to friends and family.

Retirement vacation

The house was beautiful! Partial ocean view. A little bust crossing the road. Busier than I usually like.. Difficult to cross the street. Beach was beautiful. White sands snd crystal clear water! The property manager responded quickly to all our concerns. Lots to do in the area. Good start with house supplies..

Lovely house

This is a perfect house for a large group! The game room is amazing and so is the large kitchen/ family room. One of the trundle beds can not be used which causes us to use the couch bed some I would definitely rent this again

Nice trip

The place is very nice. The pool heat is awesome. Location is close to the beach. They have a wagon and some chairs. There was a pack and play and box fans. I would recommend staying there. The pool area could use a few more chairs for such a large home. Over all great place.

50th BDAY Celebration

I came with my best friends and two of my sisters to celebrate those of us that turned 50 this year. The house was beautiful, very clean and a very small walk to the beach. We loved the game room and really enjoyed that we each had our own bathrooms in our rooms and let's not forget the huge king beds. The house was worth the price we paid as we had more than enough space, a pool, huge living room and open kitchen. Absolutely loved our time here!!

Great Spot for a Big Group

We had an amazing time with our family. 16 People, Ages ranged from 70 to 9! Very nice set-up. Game room/Bar was great! We never felt like there was never enough room for all of us! Short walk to beach and short drive to all other surrounding beach towns. Highly Recommended!

Great house

Everything you need minus beach towels and a proper beach wagon. Commercial ice maker was a bonus x1000. Lawn furniture needs attention as a few are inoperable but we simply moved them out of the way.

Great place!

This was a wonderful house. We spent most of our time in the game room. Office managers were very responsive if we needed anything. Was a bit colder and didn’t get to use our heated pool… cold front came through and apparently was the coldest it’s been in over 30 years! Not their fault however.

Everything it claims to be, and more!

I stayed here with 7 of my adult nieces. The house had everything we needed - including coffee if we needed it. (I bought pods for the Keurig but to my surprise, there was a tub of ground coffee in the cupboard.) The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and so were the common areas. The rooms with the bunkbeds were warmer than the rest of the house. Otherwise, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!
