Au 3ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble récent (2014) très grand appartement neuf de 110 m² , dont toutes les pièces donnent sur une terrasse paysagée de 100 m², avec climatisation, grand séjour de 50 m², grande cuisine entièrement équipée ( plaques induction, four, réfrigérateur congélateur, micro ondes, cave à vin, lave et sèche linge, etc ) une grande chambre double de 25 m²,
une chambre simple de 12 m²,

Outstanding stay in Vaison!

My husband and I spent 12 wonderful days at this exceptional apartment, less than 5 min walk to town square. Beautiful, modern and spotless with everything needed for short or long stay (cooking staples & coffee provided!). Gorgeous sunset views of upper, medieval town & castle, plus over town and hills in other direction, from large deck patio and inside apt.Patrick (owner) was great host, meeting us when we arrived. Easy free parking in dedicated space in secure lot under building. Very easy to park. Great base for exploring this beautiful region. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Cycling vacation

We were very pleased with the apartment with its spacious terrace which more than lived up to expectations. The apartment was very well equipped for our stay with everything we needed, even a small room for storing our bicycles. The location was excellent too. Patrick was responsive & very helpful.

wonderful apartment

The apartment was prrfect. It is well designed and maintained, with lots of room. The outdoor patios are extensive, well furnished, and have glorious virws. The garage is well secured, with a private small secure room for our e bikes. The proximity to the center of Vaison affords a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping. We will be returning.

Les toits de Vaison

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. All was just as advertised and more. Beds comfortable, plenty of hot water and great appliances which worked well. The outstanding feature is the magnificent view of the castle, the old town and the hills which fills the living room window. Lovely terrace with sun and shade. We hope to return.

Fantastic views!

My husband & I love views and this home has some of the best we've ever experienced in a vacation rental.. The deck spans all of the south side of the top floor and the large picture window in the living room looks out over the town. Just spectacular. The home itself is very comfortable & modern, especially the kitchen which has sleek appliances and even a wine fridge! The washer/dryer was especially appreciated. It was nice being able to park our car in the secure garage (and never drive due to everything being within walking distance), and had an added bonus of a very secure storage room for our bikes. We enjoyed this home very much and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Vaison-la-Romaine. We will absolutely stay here again in future visits.

Fabulous apartment, view and location

We had a fantastic 8 day stay in this most excellent apartment. Patrick and Sylvie were very welcoming and provided very good communication in advance of our arrival as well as during our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated as well as tastefully and comfortably furnished. The living room, dining and kitchen are open, spacious and full of light. They have thought of every detail and each room has all necessities and more. The apartment is perfectly situated with a superb view of the medieval village and the countryside. It is a 3-minute walk to the center of town or to a Super-U. The terrace extends from the living room to both bedrooms and is nicely landscaped including a small fountain. There are several comfortable seating options on the terrace as well as an electric awning to offer shade on demand off the living room. Everything was in perfect working order. There is air conditioning in the living room and each of the bedrooms which was important to us in August. There is secure parking under the building with an elevator to this top floor apartment. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Pure luxury

Fabulous apartment, beautifully furnished and equipped with a large terrace offering great views over the old and new town. Amazingly quiet despite being in the middle of town, only a few minutes walk to the centre or to the main supermarket. The owners were really helpful, leaving bread, water, wine, jams etc. and it was nice to know that they were only a few minutes away if needed.

What a beautiful view!

The property was very comfortable and the view from the patio was spectacular. A short walk to the downtown and the upper village. Patrick was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

What a perfect location with huge decks, a stellar view great kitchen!

This is a home away from home. It has a modern, totally complete kitchen with all sorts of spices & oils available for your use plus the owners left us a bottle of wine, butter, milk, jams & bread!! Wow what a lovely "welcome." The wide windows made for great views & we could see the sunrise from the decks & sunset from the living room

Return stay - as wonderful as ever!

The Absolute Best Apartment in Provence

The apartment is lovely. It is large with fabulous views on two sides to the upper and lower town. It has a wonderful terrace, two full baths and two bedrooms, with a large living room and kitchen. Everything is modern and it is clean and well kept up. I have not stayed in a better place. It is also close to everything - the main square is only minutes away. The upper town is about 5 minutes walking. Grocery shopping is a few minutes drive. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Terrific apartment in great location

Patrick’s apartment is fantastic. It has a beautiful, huge patio overlooking the town. It is blocks from the main square and a short walk to the old town. Patrick was a very accommodating host and provided all the necessities, as well as going above and beyond with a bottle of wine and some basics when we arrived. Includes convenient garage parking. Felt Like Home

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this outstanding apartment. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The apartment is very easy to live in and the private secure parking is a bonus. The views of the old town from the picture windows are amazing. It is an easy walk into Vaison and just as easy walk, to a big supermarket. The surrounding areas are scenic and beautiful. It was very hard to leave. We would definitely return to this accommodation, if we were to return to the area.

Absolutely fantastic property

We stayed at Patrick's apartment with another couple. It is well furnished and the layout works well for two couples. The balcony is huge and provides a great view over Vaison la Romaine. The kitchen has everything needed to make our own meals. The open plan layout with large windows create an airy light space. It is five minutes from the central square, so we'll located for evening aperos. Vaison has many great restaurants and is close to many wine villages and walking/hiking trails.

Absolute Traumwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Eine Wohnung in der alles vorhanden ist, um sich wohl zu fühlen, findet man selten: Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, fernbedienbares Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse, Eiswürfelzubereiter, Weinkühlschrank, viele nützliche Dinge in Küche und Bad. Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt führen zu allen Restaurants und zu den zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Vaison-La-Romaine von der Terrasse aus. Sehr angenehm ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Nicht zu vergessen ein äußerst nettes Vermieterehepaar.

Super lejlighed med en stor terrassen med en fantastisk udsigt over byen.

Fantastisk velkomst af en meget venlig og hjælpsom vært. Det var en super lejlighed med en uovertruffen udsigt. Alt i lejligheden var tip top og intet manglede. Tagterrassen var stor og smukt indrettet. En lejlighed vi helt sikkert vil vende tilbage til.

Appartement NEUF entièrement équipé de mobilier et d'appareils neufs de très bonne qualité
Le quartier est très calme ainsi que l'immeuble.
La vue est magnifique sur la cité médiévale et la château ainsi que sur la ville moderne et la campagne environnante
La région est splendide notamment les villages perchés.
Intense activité culturelle toute l'année ( théâtre antique de Vaison, d'Orange, festival d'Avignon etc...)
Région très recherchée par les cyclistes amateurs du Mont Ventoux
Classé 4 * ( sur 5) par l'Agence Départementale du Vaucluse
