This was a great walkable location for downtown Moab. With the crazy traffic in town, it was nice to leave the car at the VRBO and walk to coffee, dinner, etcCute older home with all of the necessary amenities and nice spaces to relax.
Restaurants were all easily within walking distance. The house was a couple of blocks off Main Street, which made it quieter. Nice quiet courtyard in which we spent a couple of evenings winding down from busy days of hiking.
Very impressed. Place is up-to-date and has all needed amenities. Wonderfully located in walking distance to anything downtown Moab as well as Arches Natâl Park (drive).
Awesome spot to use as our home base while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. A couple minute walk to the center of town which was super convenient. The bikes were a fun way to investigate the towns trails. Loved hanging out in the yard. House was comfy with enough space for us and three teenagers.
Perfect little 2bdrm house for a small family or couples.
Location was great, short walk to main street where there was plenty of restaurants (Jailhouse Cafe), shopping and tour offices. Short drive to Arches. House was very cute and kitchen was well stocked given the small size. Dining and LR spaces were roomy and comfortable. Outdoor space was shared but very lovely and serene. We did not try the hot tub.
Beautiful home - and good for our trip. We had a great time in Moab. The location is perfect for walking to downtown and to coffee shops (my fave!). Kitchen is stocked with plenty of materials to cook with. There are nearly no leftover spices, cooking oils etc. from other guests. The listing makes it seem like there are 4 bathrooms in this rental. There are two. The master has no door on the bathroom, just the bedroom door (weird). The other bathroom's door handles were extremely loose and we had to try to tighten them to make sure no one would be locked in.I had a payment issue (it didn't auto-pay like most rentals) brought to my attention via VRBO messages on the morning of my departure. I panicked at the airport wanting to ensure the payment was made. The app for payment wasn't user-friendly and the messages in VRBO weren't super helpful when using my phone to navigate. Ultimately I was able to handle. I messaged host to let them know I was working on it through VRBO and the phone number provided and never received any reply. Not even a "glad you got it". Thursday we wanted to use the e-bikes on the property. Both bike tires were completely flat, so we texted the # again. I got an initial response, then nothing. Friday, I checked again - we had a convo but the bikes never got fixed. I never heard back without prompting. I was told the # I texted was the manager who was laid off for the month, but was not given other means of communication.
Recently stayed here with my family in beautiful Moab. We were a party of 7, myself, my wife our 3 kids and and my in laws. We rented the Wisteria Cottage and the guest house of Cali Cochitta.
As has probably been mentioned, this is a multi-unit property with 5 separate rentable units. All 5 units were rented (our group having 2 of those 5), but just to allay any concerns, we rarely saw anyone else during our stay and for surely didn't hear a soul.
The property is so well thought out, each having some outdoor space to their own, as well as some common areas outside (the hot tub mainly) that could be used together.
We grilled out one night and sat on the upper deck for dinner while the kids were in the hot tub. It was glorious. The house is well equipped with anything you need for a super comfy stay.
Loved it and next time in Moab, we will be back.
The location of the property was perfect-walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown. The backyard setting between the shared units and the hot tub were a hit with the kids. The unit itself was very cute and nicely furnished.
We did have a few issues. The oven/stove did not work at all and/or this crew couldn't figure out how to use it - I think the former! We made due with the grill and microwave.
Also, the property listing shows "sleeps 7". No way. It lists the sofa as a fold-away bed, but it was not. And if 2 couples are meant to stay in the second bedroom, it would be more than just close quarters. It turned out just fine for us as we had four with 1 of the teens parked on the couch.
Rented this house for the week of Thanksgiving. Took my spouse and 2 kids. The house was very convenient to town with cute decor and good space for all of us. Main issue was the cleanliness of the space. The dishes and silverware were noticeably put away dirty. We had to wash everything before safely using. There were 2 sets of washers and dryers but one dryer would not latch making it hard to dry the blankets we felt the need to wash based on our concerns for the way the kitchen was cleaned. There was a hair on the master bedroom sheets when I turned them down on our first night. Convenient and spacious but would recommend stepping up the cleaning of the unit.
We loved this Moab apartment because it was a short walk to town, it was clean, and very comfortable. The outside common areas were comfortable and welcoming as well.
Great location. Within 2 blocks of Main Street. Backyard courtyard was cool and inviting. We saw a small deer come in and get a drink from a waterfall fountain. Easy drive to Arches NP and Canonlands NP. Very roomy living space and kitchen. If we get the chance we would return.
