Venez vous détendre après une longue journée de visites, de rafting, de randonnée, de vélo, de jeeping ou de golf. Cette unité propre et confortable avec des équipements va ajouter à votre expérience de vacances à Moab.

La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour rendre votre séjour confortable. La cuisine est joliment équipée avec vaisselle, verrerie, ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisson, cafetière, grille-pain, ustensiles de cuisine, savon à vaisselle, serviettes en papier, et quelques épices de base.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. 2ème chambre a un lit queen, et la 3ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision. Les salles de bains sont pourvues de serviettes, de serviettes de piscine, de papier toilette et de sèche-cheveux.

Le patio fortifié offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de La Sal et les Red Rock Rims.

Le garage pour deux voitures vous offre un endroit sûr pour ranger vos clubs de golf, VTT, jeeps ou le hot-rod que vous apportez pour le salon automobile de Moab.

Well stocked and very comfortable!

Had a lovely stay! Very, very well stocked. We loved using the garage and the patio at night. Very clean and totally recommend!

Great community and Perfect for us and friends doing a Jeep trip to Moab. Others on our trip stayed in homes nearby. The home well stocked and very clean. Super convenient and quiet.

Great Place!

We have stayed in quite a few rental properties and this one was by far the cleanest we have even been in. It’s right by the pool which is great for kids. The property was comfortable and has everything you need.

Great in every way

The unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. It was very spacious and the kitchen, appliances, and fireplace were absolutely fantastic. Just a few minutes from downtown Moab and easy access to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Easily one of the best places we've stayed.

Moab Spring 2024

This was our 4th year in a row staying in this community. Property managers are excellent and by far more accommodating than other places we've been. Highly recommended and will continue to stay here each year we come.

Great place

We really enjoyed this place! This was one of those places where I had that feeling of wishing I owned it. That doesn't happen at all vacation rentals, just the really special ones. My son really enjoyed feeling like he had the upstairs to himself.

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved our stay here in Moab! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager responded immediately when we had difficulties with WiFi. The pools were clean and well maintained and were conveniently located just across the way. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated, awesome garage, steps from pool! This fully update condo was a perfect stay for our two nights in Moab. Gorgeous kitchen, top of the line beds that were very comfortable, amazing views. Wonderful rental company. They even helped us find our daughter’s teddy bear in the top bunk and mailed it back to us! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a 5 star stay!

Excellent stay!

The property is exactly as listed and made for a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The interior is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool and playground are conveniently located right outside of the garage and the views are amazing! The location was convenient for going to Arches National Park, Canyonlands and Hole in the Rock. There are a lot of stores, restaurants and activities in the area but the property itself is quiet and serene. I would highly recommend this property!

It was a lovely two level duplex with plenty of room. Had everything we needed in the kitchen including a rolling cooler that went in the back of our vehicle each day. huge help. Had a smoke detector battery go off and they came by within half an hour of calling and had it fixed. Very responsive. Pool was right across the street. Very convenient to Needles (45 min south), Arches (20 min north), and Canyonlands (45 minutes north), and 10 minutes south of town. Place was very clean. Beds super comfy. Great view from living room and porch to enjoy with coffee. Would absolutely highly recommend .

Great townhome, amazing location.

Stayed at this townhome for my birthday with a few friends for a weekend filled with off-roading. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy the townhome, very organized and well stocked. Ample parking for our vehicles and trailer just outside of the townhome complex. Only down side was that the property only features (1) hot tub and as you can imagine it gets very full very quickly so keep that in mind. Otherwise the amenities were great and very well kept.
