The ocean in your backyard

A natural stone path leads from the villa down to a small private coral beach, where guests can enter the sea directly. Just 650 ft from shore lies the relatively untouched Barkadera Reef, offering excellent snorkeling in a quiet and less explored part of the island.

The infinity pool looks out over the ocean, while the gazebo—located between the pool and the sea—offers shade during the day and a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, including the occasional “green flash.”

Originally designed by Dutch architects De Vries-Theunissen, the villa combines timeless architecture with a recent full renovation. Natural stone, wood finishes, and carefully selected furniture create a refined yet comfortable atmosphere throughout.

The spacious main hall includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen and opens directly onto the covered porch with lounge and dining areas overlooking the ocean.

A separate TV room provides a comfortable, air-conditioned space for relaxing indoors.
