Welcome to this perfectly located oceanfront villa, one of our most popular vacation rentals!
Easy to see why: the Caribbean house offers stunning ocean views, direct access to your own house reef, large magna pool and cozy porch. What else do you need?

When entering the house you will walk right in to the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own delicious home cooked meals, or book a private chef to spoil you! From the kitchen you can go to the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom. The third bedroom is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

From the open kitchen you will find the spacious living room with TV area and dining table. We definitely recommend to open the screened doors to the large covered porch with outside dining table and lounge area. From here you can enjoy your well deserved cocktails during your own, every day, happy hour! (Actually every hour is happy hour in this house!)

Outside you will find the large magna pool, which is healthy for your skin. (Like you needed an extra excuse to lay in the pool all day!)
Surrounding the pool are various sunbeds and a lush garden with different beautiful tropical flowers.

If you want something else than the pool you can take the steps straight in to the fantastic clear blue Caribbean ocean. Enjoy all the beautiful tropical fish Bonaire has to offer right from your own house reef! The reef is ideal for diving and snorkeling and is in great condition. There are facilities for your dive gear at the house.

This villa is not new or modern, but it is the perfect place for a family vacation, dive trip or a romantic getaway!

Lovely visit

Lovely, quiet location. Pool was amazing!! Entry to water was great, had some night dives right from the house with lots of reef life to see. House amenities were exactly what we needed. Thank you for sharing such a great place!

The contact was professional, friendly and very hospitable. We stayed in Villa Crown Courts 44a, a beautiful location and a fully equipped house with its own swimming pool and direct access to the sea where we saw turtles, dolphins and countless fishes. All in all, definitely recommended!

House location is marvelous, situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, providing peace and privacy.Major diving sites such as the 1,000 Steps, and, Kralendijk’s restaurants, shops and supermarkets are only 15 minutes away by car; Rum Runners and La Balandra restaurants are 10 minutes away.House is nicely-designed and well-kept, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Internet connection is very fast, and, we enjoyed streaming movies with no issues. Kitchen has everything you need – a blender, toaster, electric coffeemaker, Moka pot stovetop coffeemaker, electric range and oven, microwave, and a good LG refrigerator.House grounds are lovely, with copious flowering bushes, palm/coconut trees & hummingbirds! There is a nice, chlorine-free MagnaPool, four chaises and a useful gazebo with chairs, right by the ocean water. The gazebo is a great place to sit and eat breakfast and lunch, or, have sunset cocktails. Sunset views are simply gorgeous!A ladder in the backyard leads directly into shallow ocean waters. Frankly, the quality of the “house reef” is superb and is as good as at any other dive site, on Bonaire. We saw a Caribbean Reef Shark, barracuda & other “usual reef suspects,” etc. I cannot emphasize enough how awesome it is to have such fantastic snorkeling right in your backyard.The SunRentals Bonaire (Anouk, Bo, Peter and RenĂ©e) were very responsive and helpful in answering our email questions and requests. We will definitely rent with Sunrentals, again!

Another fantastic experience in Bonaire at the Crown villa Sajos Reef. The house was very clean upon arrival as well as the pool. The staff provided some cold beverages for our arrival and even had pods for coffee for the following morning. Sunrentalsbonaire booked our vehicle and dive equipment which made for a seamless transition to getting in the water. We will rent from them again in the future.

If all I had to rate was location, location, location, Crown Court would score 20/10. What can one say about walking out the house onto a shaded veranda, splashing in the pool, then snorkeling, diving, paddle-boarding and kayaking off your own front sea access? The house has all the basic necessitie. There is a scuba kit wash basin, barbeque facilities and aircon in the bedrooms, fans in the living rooms. Although it did not detract from our stay, the house is aging and would benefit from a little TLC. But if - like us - you are there for the outdoors, then the location, location, location overcomes everything else and the SunRentals Team were really great!

Stayed at Crown Court 44A. Dealing with Sun Rentals was easy and everything went great. Booked Villa, pickup and diving all through them making it easy. After visiting Bonaire 7 times and always staying at a dive resort we decided to rent a villa on the water and we are so glad we did. The gazebo like structure right at the waters edge was so perfect for sitting by the water that we ate every meal there as no restaurant has comparable view and such peace and quiet as this location. Bonaire is much busier than it used to be but the neighborhood around this villa was super quiet and we walked around it every evening in the pleasant breeze. The stairs are right there with instant access at any time to the reef for snorkeling or diving. The pool is nice and warm but with the ocean right there we rarely used it. The wide wrap around porch gives you a nice breezy spot out of the sun for relaxing. House has everything you need in a quiet, safe, off the beaten track neighborhood. We will be back!
