Mick's Hideaway est situé à seulement 16 km du centre-ville de Pigeon Forge. Cette cabane en rondins est semi-isolée mais proche de toutes les attractions et restaurants de Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg et Sevierville.

Mick's Hideaway possède 1 chambre et une chambre en mezzanine, avec 1 1/2 salles de bains et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. C'est la taille parfaite pour une escapade en couple ou une petite famille. La suite principale, située au rez-de-chaussée a un lit queen et une baignoire jacuzzi romantique. Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez vous réveiller avec de belles vues enneigées par la fenêtre à côté du lit ou vous baigner dans le jacuzzi tout en regardant la neige tomber.

A l'étage, le loft propose un lit double en rondins et une salle d'eau ainsi que des jeux pour se divertir. C'est un endroit idéal pour les enfants pour dormir - ils adoreront avoir leur propre petit refuge.

Le salon confortable au niveau principal dispose d'un foyer au gaz et d'un canapé confortable, d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD et magnétoscope pour les soirées cinéma.

Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vos propres repas, et la salle à manger a de la place pour 4 personnes pour manger et se mêler. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité. Sur le pont, des équipements tels qu'un barbecue au charbon de bois et un bain à remous rendent l'espace extérieur aussi merveilleux que l'intérieur. Vous pouvez profiter d'un bain dans le bain à remous, cuisiner quelque chose de savoureux sur le grill et passer l'après-midi à vous détendre dans les chaises berçantes - tout en profitant de la vue paisible et boisée.

Christmas getaway

Spent 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it very clean hot tub works great. Spent more time at the cabin than we did seeing the seeing the sights.would definitely stay again

Our stay

Loved the cabin and how it’s away from all the hustle of pigeon forge . the only thing they need to change is the hot tub , it wouldn’t get over 95 but we still enjoyed our stay .

Perfect for a couple and the loft adds more room for another two.

Definitely up in the mountains so do not forget anything while in town. We loved the peacefulness of it. Wonderful and will definitely be back.

Unplug and unwind

We truly enjoyed our stay at Micks Hideaway. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and were glad we brought a cooler full of food to really get the most out of a couple of days disconnected from the hustle and bustle of life. The DVD player and selection was a nice touch, and it’s beautifully obvious this cabin was built with pride and love and enjoyed by their owners and Mick, and we are so glad they chose to share their little slice of heaven with the rest of us. Thanks!!!

Mick’s Hideaway

Great property. Little further out than thought it would be but it was a good choice. Quiet and peaceful. Everything you needed except I couldn’t find a hair dryer. A bigger coffee pot is a suggestion. Loved the hot tub and the jetted tub in the bedroom!

The back deck had the most wonderful atmosphere making you feel like you were in the smokies. I would say they need to get free WiFi. I had no service in the cabin, I planned loosely I figured I could just decided the night before what we would do during the day. This was impossible

A great place to unplug!

Mick's Hideaway was easy to find (with gps) and simi-secluded. Plus it was as cute and cozy on the inside as it was on the outside! The lack of internet didn't bother us as there was a nice selection of dvds and we brought some Christmas classics of our own. There was also decent cell service, which was a nice surprise, so we weren't totally isolated. The only issue was the hot tub. It was clean and full, but the jets were VERY weak and it would not hold temp. We had it set at the limit (104), but it kept dropping to 99 & 100. Not a comfortable temp for cold winter weather. We would consider staying at Mick's Hideaway again, but not in the winter when we count on the warmth of the hot tub.

Just what we needed

Mick’s Hideaway was perfect for our family! Our two teenagers enjoyed having the loft all to themselves and loved having their own half bath. My husband and I loved our room too! The bathtub was amazing. Both beds were super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with any and everything we needed and the dishwasher worked great. It was also great having the washer and dryer to use so I didn’t have to worry about doing laundry as soon as we got home from our trip! We enjoyed not having wifi, but we did have phone service (Verizon). Waking up and sitting on the deck with our morning coffee while listening to the birds was such a wonderful way to start the day. And relaxing in the hottub at the end of the day was the perfect way to unwind. The outdoor temps ranged from the high ‘80’s to the low ‘40’s during our stay so we used the ac and heat and both worked great. We were so comfortable and relaxed throughout our entire stay and we look forward to visiting again!

Pros - Clean. Relatively secluded. Nice decorations. Nice view of woods. Cons - Needs Wifi. Shower was barely big enough to turn around in, small TV with limited reception, mattress wasn't very comfortable. I estimate there to be over 20 notes scattered throughout the cabin in addition to an instruction notebook - Most are completely unnecessary and makes you feel like you are back in grade school (turn off the lights, set the thermostat to specific temps, etc). The dishwasher is ancient (probably older than me) and the sign there indicates you will be fined if it breaks during your stay. I will probably not return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is okay for what it is, a cabin. That being said, it is not adequately air conditioned, so if you go in the summer, you will be hot, and if you go in the winter, you will be cold. It is also quite dusty, and does not have WiFi. Overall it was a mediocre stay with no major issues other than the air conditioning, as it is advertised as an air conditioned space. We went during a heat wave and cabin did not get cooler than 78 despite being set at 68.

Wonderful stay in Mick’s Hideaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mick’s Hideaway was perfect for our family. When you look hard, you can see other cabins around, but it feels very secluded and private. Quiet and peaceful! Clean and well stocked! Easy to follow instructions for arrival and departure. Kids loved checkers and fooseball in the loft, and of course, the hot tub. Mick’s wasn’t actually what we reserved; they had to change us due to a miscommunication with owners of our first cabin, and Acorn Ridge staff handled that wonderfully, suggested Mick’s as a replacement, even gave a small discount for the trouble (which, it really wasn’t) of switching, and they were right, it was perfect. 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes from Sevierville. My youngest didn’t want to leave, and we’d all love to come back.
