Maison neuve moderne de 3000 pieds carrĂ©s situĂ©e dans la communautĂ© fermĂ©e de Norris Crest avec l'une des meilleures vues sur le lac. Il est situĂ© prĂšs de la marina de Shanghai. C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour vos vacances en famille. Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert a une conception multi-famille (11 personnes), qui comprend 5 chambres (3 chambres ont une vue imprenable sur le lac), 3. 5 salles de bains, une grande cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, une salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir de 8 Ă  10 et couverte pont Ă  manger pour 8. Il comprend une salle familiale spacieuse avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision, un lecteur CD / DVD et un systĂšme audio au niveau principal. Sortez sur le pont supĂ©rieur avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et dĂ©couvrez un canapĂ©, des haut-parleurs extĂ©rieurs et un gril Ă  gaz. La zone de divertissement au niveau infĂ©rieur comprend une tĂ©lĂ©vision avec systĂšme de son, un bar avec Ă©vier, un mini-rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et un accĂšs au pont infĂ©rieur. Le pont du niveau infĂ©rieur comprend une table de pique-nique, 2 chaises longues, des haut-parleurs extĂ©rieurs et une balançoire offrant une vue magnifique sur le lac. Il a Ă©galement une promenade en pierre d'accĂšs au foyer. Une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse sont inclus. La maison a un bordereau couvert aux quais communautaires, qui est un 3-5 min. en voiture de la maison, pour votre bateau et l'accĂšs Ă  une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau. Depuis les quais communautaires, vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques minutes de la marina de Shanghai et Ă  un court trajet en bateau jusqu'au pont "Jumping Bridge" (pont de Cedar Creek).
La maison est Ă  30 minutes de l'autoroute I-75, Ă  20 minutes de route de La Follette oĂč vous trouverez tous vos besoins en matiĂšre de shopping et de soins mĂ©dicaux. Le Norris Crest est situĂ© prĂšs du Deerfield Resort, qui propose des installations, notamment un parcours de golf de 18 trous, et deux restaurants. SituĂ© entre les montagnes de Cumberland au nord et les contreforts des montagnes de Great Smokey au sud-est, il offre l'une des meilleures activitĂ©s de navigation de plaisance, de ski et de pĂȘche de la rĂ©gion. 4th of July at the Lake

Best view of the lake! We enjoyed seeing fireworks in all directions from the porch. Home is clean and well appointed, just as described. The owner is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the easy access to the boat slip and swimming at the dock. The home is a great location to multiple marinas. Perfect size to accommodate both of our families comfortably. We didn’t want to leave and will miss the morning coffee out back but we hope to return soon!

Annual family vacation 2023

Year #7 to Norris lake...we try to select different housing each year to experience different parts of the lake while cruising the lake on a Triton boat â›”. This year was one of the best w this house. It was perfect form the property managers being very personal and friendly. Their neighbors were top notch. We metany down at the community dock and was welcomed like we had been there for years. A true community friendship in this nice gated area. The included boat slip made it even better so we didn't have to dock at the local marina. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. We had late night fellowship on the back porch w our family, just like being at home. All the accommodations were over the top. Ty again for the friendly atmosphere that we enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing vacation away from home 🏡. Highly recommend and hope to go back ourselves 🏡 â›”

The Best Stay Yet!

The property had second-to-none views with an updated, comfy/cozy feel inside. There wasn't a detail overlooked in terms of needs; and every inch of the house was utilized - no wasted space. The "older adults" could socialize upstairs and the "younger adults" had an area downstairs to call their own which was just as lovely as the upstairs. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs with 2 full bathrooms - each side shared a full bathroom - genius design. This home felt like home. The Community Dock is easily accessible (2 min.) within the gated community and eliminated the dreaded stairs that usually accompanies a stay at Norris when getting to your boat. This property will be first on our list next year to check when the calendar opens.

One fabulous property!

My husband and I, along with another couple, just returned from the BEST week in this beautiful home! The home is perfectly situated so that the views of the lake were stunning from nearly every room. All of our evenings were spent on the expansive covered porch and the morning sunrises were stunning. There are many nearby marinas, including some with fun restaurants that we visited after our day on the lake (Shanghai and the Tiki Hut). We have stayed in many homes over the 20+ years we have been coming to Norris and this is the first one we immediately rebooked. Mick and Cindy are the most friendly and informative hosts we have come across
they very sincerely want you to enjoy your time in their home!

Always a Great Stay

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good or better than the 1st time. Nothing better than having a cup of coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise. Super Clean. Very comfortable and great loaction!

Amazing location, great views, and awesome people.

Generally close to everything you want to do with great mountain drives and great local food restaurants. It was the perfect Christmas vacation for the whole family.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Relaxing Sanctuary

Everything about this incredible home was just as we expected. Such a beautiful home that was super immaculate, very well-appointed, and so easy to enjoy! Cindy & Mick have provided families a place to truly get away and enjoy Norris Lake & the surrounding mountain area. Just being at the house during our stay was especially enjoyable--reading on the deck, watching birds & butterflies & boat traffic on the lake, as well as walks in the neighborhood. The view of the red sky just before sunrise was incredible! This stay gave us the chance to visit with our children & grandchildren who still live in East Tennessee. Our 4-year-old granddaughter said it best as she was leaving, "I'm sad to leave the 'wake' house!" Thank you for such a delightful and peaceful home to enjoy during a wonderful vacation. We are grateful!

Great getaway!

Our family met for Mother's Day weekend and it was a great location for all of us to reach. The house is super warm and inviting! So clean and well-designed. We had everything we needed including beautiful weather and a fantastic view. We were able to use the boat dock which was so ideal for our family. And the marina is very close by for whatever we needed. A great place to rent a pontoon boat also. We hope to come again! Would highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to feel pampered and carefree!!

Relaxing week at the lake

Our family spent a week in this beautiful home. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond to any inquiries. The house is clean and well decorated and fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy family time together. It was truly a home away from home. We spent most of our week enjoying the upper deck with a breathtaking view of the lake. We were truly able to relax and unwind. The kids loved having their own rooms with comfortable beds and the lower level to hang out, play games, and watch tv. We appreciated the selection of games, movies, and books on hand. The house is in a lovely gated community high enough up the mountain for a wonderful view and though winding, the drive up felt safe. There were stores for groceries and supplies on our way to the home, just about 20 minutes drive from the house. We also enjoyed a day in Knoxville, an hour’s drive, exploring the botanical gardens and Market Square. We often like to stay different places when we travel but we all agreed that we’d love to visit this home again.

Family-friendly cabin with stunning lake views

I can’t say enough good things about this cabin and its wonderful owners. My family of five (including three young children) stayed here with my in-laws right after Christmas. The cabin was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The owners were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. They checked in before arrival to make sure we had all the information we needed and even offered to leave the stair gate installed when they learned that we have a two-year old. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The set-up is great for large groups. The main level has a master suite, and the lower level has four bedrooms, two detached bathrooms, a second living room, and a bar area with a small refrigerator and second Keurig. The views are stunning, both from inside through the large windows and from the two decks. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

This is a beautiful home with outstanding views. The Sunrise in the morning is picture perfect and you wont find a better lake that Norris Lake .

This is a gorgeous house, with a stunning lake view, comfortable and peaceful in every way!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can’t wait to come back! A Refreshing Retreat

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with an absolutely beautiful view! My husband and I were looking for a getaway and we found the perfect place. The owners have thought of everything. . . It is well appointed and so comfortable. You have the lake for recreation (Swimming, boating, etc.) and the surrounding area for hiking etc. Even walking the neighborhood is great, and we met people who were so welcoming. The home was spotless and as I said, extremely well designed and outfitted. Cindy and Mick are great hosts, and communication was beyond excellent. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is our favorite! We would give it 6 stars if we could. We will be back. . . God blessed us there!

Lovely weekend
