When you enter on the main level, easily accessible by a ramp or just a few steps, you will be greeted with a spacious great room complete with hardwood floors, stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, new furniture and an abundance of windows looking out onto beautiful Norris Lake. Just off of the great room, you will find the fully equipped functional kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Pots/pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils are all available to use. Take in a meal at the kitchen counter, or one at one of the 2 large dining tables. There is plenty of room for all!

Walk past the kitchen and you will find 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart tv, and new carpeting. These bedrooms are easily accessible and ensures that anyone needing to navigate less steps is always close to the action. The main floor bathroom contains a shower/tub combination.

The deck off the main level boasts a beautiful covered outdoor kitchen overlooking Norris Lake. This is complete with 2 gas grills, a sink, stovetop, a mini refrigerator, lighting, built-in torches, Bluetooth speakers and plenty of outdoor seating. This concrete deck is a dream for people who want to take in the beauty that Norris Lake offers or dine and relax after a long day on the lake or the nearby trails.

On the upper level that overlooks the great room, you will find the newly remodeled master suite through ornate French doors. A balcony overlooking the back of the house is a great place to relax with your morning coffee as you gaze at the glorious views of the lake.

Explore the lower level family room and you will find a stone fireplace and pool table with a new 2000+ multicade full size arcade game. The sitting area with a new large sectional sofa surrounds a new 70 inch smart TV. Our newly remodeled bunk rooms sleep 4 each with full size bunk beds in each. They are connected with a pocket door that you can open for a larger room or close for more privacy. This level also has a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a second refrigerator for you convenience. Walk out of the basement and onto the porch with additional seating overlooking the lake for additional relaxation.

If you want to be closer to the water, you can congregate at the firepit with a bonfire after your day on the lake or your off-road adventure. The dock can be easily accessed down some steps at a gentle incline. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF STEPS TO THE LAKE! The brand new covered dock has 2 slips and 2 jet ski ports. Use our recently added slide or jump in the water and enjoy a swim off our dock!

There is a ton parking on the side of the house, a dedicated driveway, and additional parking in the back next to the firepit area. You are only about 10 miles from Windrock Park - G52,G54 trails for acres of off-road fun! Ride direct to the trailheads!
Close to Royal Blue and Brimstone as well. Enjoy shopping, shows, and other attractions in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which are only about 1.5 hours away and makes for a great day trip.

This is a non-smoking home, no pets, and minimum age of 25 years for renter responsibility. (Please note that off season late/fall winter guests may not have access to private dock due to TVA water level restrictions).
