Not on the water but great view

Had a great view of golf course and could see ocean from lanai. Very clean, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our stay here and would come again.

Condo was in great shape. Entire property very clean . Pool and hottub were fabulous.

I would definitely rent here again. Everybody very nice. Short walk to beach or other stores . You have everything you need here including beach chairs and toys

Great location and lots of room to spread out.

This was great for our family plenty of room to spread out. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We had an issue getting the a/c running and the property manager responded very quickly and helped us get it running. Location was great and even though we were not on the beach we had great views of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Sunsets on the balcony

We really enjoyed this is well appointed condo right on the golf course. Plenty of space with large balconies on both levels. Great location with easy walking access to shopping, beaches, snorkling, and restaurants. Great sunset views! Bring binoculars during whale watching season and you can see them right from the balcony.

Great location, excellent property

My family stays in Kaanapali Royal every year. We have seen various properties. This one of the best. Everything we needed was there. It is conveniently located, well maintained. Great for families who don't fit in one hotel room and don't want to be bothered by cleaning crews. Absolutely love it!

Very comfortable, with all amenities as advertised and required. Lovely location, with a great view and easy access to Whaler's Village, Kaanapali Beach and Lahaina town. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the golfers go by. We found the unit very quiet, and we did not require the AC during our stay. We would return to this unit .

Underwhelming and disappointing

Water was leaking in the ceiling by the front door. Lots of water! It filled a bucket 4 times a day. The ceiling collapsed. Also we couldn’t use the washer because it was leaking into the unit below ours. The kitchen sink cabinet was missing a door. The barbecue that was said to be on the balcony was not there.There were cockroaches upstairs and downstairs.The unit has not been updated for years.

Great views, cute place

Condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. We were able to spread out and have our own space. My daughter didn’t mind sleeping on the pull out couch she said it was comfortable. The washer and dryer was nice. No detergent, a few dryer sheets in closet. The kitchen and master bath could use a face lift. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was missing a door. Looks like it rusted off. Dishwasher and fridge looked brand new. Sink in master bath had a drain issue with a bucket under the sink catching a slow leak. My husband did empty the dirty water once so it didn't overflow. I did let the owners know and it was fixed by a plumber a few days later. The view from the condo was gorgeous. I loved being so close to Whalers Village. The entrance to the complex was kind of scretchy with the weird bike rental and homeless people living in their cars. I felt safe in the condo with the gates and padded lock on door. The beach equipment was ok. 4/6 chairs were nice other 2 need replaced. The wagon is definitely on its last leg but it was a life saver lugging all of our stuff to the beach. The owners did respond to my concern with the sink but I didn’t like how I’d message them weeks/months prior to our trip and we’d either get no response and once time a quick yes response. Owners have to realize we are traveling thousands of miles from home spending a lot of money. We are going to have questions and it would be nice to have a response. I felt bad asking questions.

Great rental for 2 couples or family

The property was very nice with 2 master suites. Beds were super comfortable. Beautiful pool area, we ate tangerines right off the tree. Easy walk to the beach, Whalers Village or Castaway restaurant (all downhill). The trolley will bring you back up the hill from the Sheraton or WV and most drivers will drop you off a block away instead of at the Fairway shops. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly taken care of. I highly recommend this property.

Great family vacation!

We had a GREAT time! We were thinking that this might be our last family vacation with everyone because two of our daughters will be off to college. I was a little worried having so much “togetherness “ with 3 teens but everything went well. Place is great! Close to things that some people could walk to on their own if others wanted to stay back. Nice pool and hot tub. Loved the balcony. The place as a whole has “shared”grills but this place has its own. So nice! That’s how we did all of our cooking. Loved that it had its own washer and dryer. Lots of beach stuff. One downfall is having to rinse off after the beach. I had no problem with that but there’s no real easy place to do it. Hope we will be able to come back soon!

Great Property

This was a super nice property and beautiful. The ONLY negative is that the A/C is not up to par, especially the upstairs. Had to keep curtains closed in the late morning and afternoon to try and keep it cool.. other than the A/C, it is a perfect place to stay.

We had a great vacation at this location, 6 adults and a child. Aside from a leaking coffee maker and screen door issues everything was great. Tried to get ahold of property manager to no response, but dealt with it.

Great property, magnificent views and fantastic complex! Location is perfect for anything you would want to do. The condo is super clean, very spacious and beds are very comfy- including the queen pullout! Pool was well maintained and staff was very very friendly. Great stay for a family!

Beautiful views and lanai

The condo was nicer than the photos and the kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking gourmet meals. We loved being so close to so many great beaches, too. An excellent location and a comfortable place.

Great place for a family stay

We are a group of 7 with 3 kids and we loved this place. The place is in a great location and in a secured community. Close by to all activities. The check in process is completely contact less. They also have all the beach stuff and kids toys available to use. I highly recommend this place.
