We could not have picked a better cabin to stay in!! The Lazy Bear was not only beautiful, but had absolutely everything we needed and more!!! And we were some comfy and cozy!! Great little cabin with convenient location. We skied Cataloochee one day and took a day trip to Asheville the next. Easy access to both! The price point and location were the reason we stayed. Great value!

Nice and quite

I loved this place and how clean and quite. It’s close to the hikes, and Asheville as well. The only thing that I wished for is the cabin to be far enough form the neighbors but that was on me for not checking before actually reserving this place but I enjoyed this place and would recommend it.

Lazy Bear was more than we even anticipated. The cabin is beautiful, impeccably clean, with a well-stocked kitchen full of items you’d need for a stay. Relaxing in the hot tub while looking at a clear sky full of stars was worth every single penny to book this cabin. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

I keep coming back -- until I found Lazy Bear and fell in love with her at first sight. It is so peaceful, love spending time here... and I know you will as well.

I still work and live in Atlanta, however I always look forward to coming home to Lazy Bear when I can.
