Magnifique condo face à l'océan - unité A-314

Maui Sunset est la maison de vacances idéale. La grande véranda privée de 112 pieds carrés surplombe les magnifiques jardins, la piscine et l'océan. Il est parfait pour regarder les baleines jouer le matin ou les couchers de soleil le soir.

Situé sur 6,5 acres de propriété en bord de mer, Maui Sunset est parfait pour se promener le long de la plage, se détendre au bord de la piscine, jouer au tennis ou au jeu de palets avec des amis.

A-314 a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour Ă  l'automne 2006 et dispose d'une cuisine et d'un salon rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©s. Nous continuons de mettre Ă  jour Ă  chaque visite. 2016 a ajoutĂ© une nouvelle douche dans la demi-baignoire, une nouvelle fenĂȘtre dans la chambre et des stores dans le salon.

This property was really perfect. Spacious and the host has thought of all the little things one might need on their beach vacation and provided it at the house. The location is excellent and close to restaurants and other amenities. Access to the beach is amazing for a morning and an evening walk with turtles to view at if you are lucky and a nice swim too. The pool and hot tub is open till 10pm, which is great to relax,after long day of island exloring. The view of the ocean from the balcony is really nice. Definitely recommend to friends and family and will come back again.Thank to Ray and Betsy for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us.

The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we could want (coolers, beach chairs, laundry and dish detergent, etc), also had a view of the pool and part of the beach/ocean. Quiet and relaxing as well. The pool, which had a variety of yard games/beach rentals, was also open until 10pm, which was very convenient. Would recommend!

Perfect!

Family and friends vacation. We had 5 different units rented. Ours was perfect for 2 with an amazing view. The unit had everything you would need. Loved being close to pool this visit. The grounds with the carpet like grass are stunning.

Quick Trip to Maui

My husband and I were island hopping and picked here as our home base for our stay in Maui. Charming VRBO with beautiful views from the balcony. Excellent location to be able to walk down to the beach, and close to plenty of attractions.

Perfect Location

Walk downstairs to the beach. Kiteboarding and windsurfing as soon as the wind kicks on in the afternoon. Beautiful accommodations. Thoughtfully planned living space. What more could you ask for.

We really enjoyed staying in this rental. The initial checklist given is very informative and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect with such easy access to downtown as well as the beach! Absolutely recommend and will look forward to returning!

Just two nights

Place was fine, could have used directions for the air conditioner. A/C was super old and loud with 4 hr limit. Also no batteries in remote resulting in me having to get on hands and knees to figure it out. Well stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful Maui Property

Despite the glitches in the VRBO app which made our check in much more complicated and confusing, we found the property to be quite, clean and comortable. The grounds are immaculately kept with lush green lawns and vegitation which added to the Maui landscape.

Great updated unit in a great condominium complex, and stayed I've stayed in a bunch of them. The grounds of the Maui Sunset are second to none. Can't wait to visit again.

Amazing property

We just returned from our stay and we’re so sad to leave. This is a beautiful property. The condo had all the comforts of home and we found no need to use AC because the breezes were so nice. Can’t wait to return here someday!

12 Days in Paradise

Ray and Betsy's piece of Maui paradise made for a perfect holiday. Clean, quiet, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully stocked for guests...this property does not disappoint! Loved the vintage aviation/travel artwork, the comfortable beds, and the trade winds and air conditioners that kept the space cool and breezy when our Canadian temperatures started to rise! The property and grounds are impeccably maintained and manicured by pleasant and present staff--gorgeous manicured lawns and treed areas--even fresh herbs for guests to pick! The pool and hot tub were perfect after mornings spent snorkeling and exploring the amazing beaches Kihei has to offer. The community grills were a big hit with our group and they are cleaned and maintained daily. Turtles swimming in the beach out front every day and the most amazing sunsets from the lanai or the dunes overlooking the beach. The property is close to shopping and groceries and fabulous bakeries and shaved ice. What a treat. Prompt and clear communication with the owners made planning simple and hassle-free. Our family left a piece of our hearts in Maui and we are already planning our next visit! Thank you Ray and Betsy!

We have been owners since the summer of 2002. We were looking for a place to get away from the Minnesota winters and have giant yard for our 3 kids (and typically a few more) to run and play. We found it at Maui Sunset. Our kids are grown but we all have some of our best memories at Maui Sunset.

A friend of ours owned a unit at Maui Sunset. We stayed several times. We fell in love with the location, the grounds and the feeling of Maui. When the opportunity to buy a unit at Maui Sunset came up, we knew this was the place to be!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view of the ocean is breathtaking. We rarely miss an evening sitting on the beach watching the sunset.
The grounds at Maui Sunset are absolutely beautiful. We have had guests tell us they had to go pull the grass to see if it was real because it is so perfect.
Whale watching, kite-surfing are great ways to spend an afternoon and it is all available from the lanai or on the beach in front of you.
