Principales caractéristiques:
- Maison de vacances très confortable, au total 850 pieds carrés (700 pieds à l'intérieur et 150 pi patio / véranda..)
- Cuisine bien équipée lumineuse avec de nouvelles armoires, comptoir de granite, appareils en acier inoxydable, cafetière, mixeur et tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine
- Très généreux salon de taille avec une table de cuisine pour profiter de repas sur et un grand canapé pour asseoir et se détendre
- Se divertir avec un 42 "Panasonic TV, chaînes du câble, un lecteur DVD et internet sans fil
- Dormez bien sur le lit queen dans la grande chambre

The location is perfect for exploring the island. It is located very near beaches that are perfect for sunning and snorkeling. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The condo is very clean and well equipt. It has a private patio with dining table and chairs in addition to indoor dining. Parking us free. I highly recommend this VRBO. Dean was very responsive and has done a lovely job with the renovation. Great value!

Our stay with Dean in South Kihei was absolutely 5-star from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, great food spots, and everything we wanted to do. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dean was readily available and very helpful. The property is immaculate and you can't beat the location! Property was quiet and well maintained. Access to the beach is less than a block away, so we never even went to the pool area! Next time, I doubt we will get a car as there are shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Maui and B105 was a great place to park my flip flops for the week! This unit is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable too - always a bonus when on vacation. The owner is excellent with replying to any questions I had. Kihei Ali'i Kai is conveniently located close to excellent beaches. I will 100% be returning to Maui soon and look forward to staying in B105 again! Mahalo

Relaxing stay

Fantastic condo for a relaxing stay in Maui. 1 minute walk from the beach and super close to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect location for beach goers. The location is steps away from beach. Ground floor so easy to get in and get out.Bedroom doesn't have a AC, but they have provided 2 fans, that was sufficient for us. Apartment is large so it was nice. Sufficient enough utensils if you are into making quick eats. The location is close to quite a lot of good food places as well. I totally recommend this place.

A Gem in Kihei
