Ideal location in the center of town

We loved the location, in the center of the action especially for Christmas markets, the cathedral, restaurants, and shopping.

Great rental in the middle of everything!

Two bedroom apartment close to all the Strasbourg sites. Everything you need is within a couple blocks, we would definitely stay there again if we are able to return to Strasbourg!

Location - Wow!

The location could not be more perfect! And hosts were great! The only comment I have is that we didn’t anticipate such steep stairs - my 76 year old Mom was with us and the stairs were a bit challenging for her. Wanted to add that as a warning for folks traveling with anyone that may have mobility challenges.

Great location

Great location. Not good for older people with steep first staircase to lift. One notable thing…. The water closet smelled. Toilet wasn’t clean and walls should probably be disinfected.

Christmas Market in Strasbourg

This was the perfect location for the purpose of our visit to immerse ourselves in Strasbourg’s Christmas Market. We were able to walk everywhere and to enjoy all the parts of the downtown Strasbourg and the Market. The apartment was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. My husband and I were traveling with our 30 year old daughter, so two bedrooms and one bathroom were perfect. The fact that the WC was separate made it even more suitable for three adults. The description was clear about the steep steps. We only used the lift for luggage. However, someone with mobility issues might find the steps to be too much. As I said the apartment was perfect clean, comfortable, and right where we wanted to be! We would certainly recommend this apartment to others.

Noisy location, poor communication

Overall, I would not recommend this apartment but there were a a few positive points: 1. The apartment was very clean 2. The beds were reasonably comfortable 3. It is close to the cathedral and many other tourist sites On the other hand: 1. Communication was very poor. We had arranged a late check in and followed the instructions to a T, but were unable to access the apartment key for over an hour after we arrived. Also, we requested a late check out but did not receive a response until a full hour after check out time. (Our request was denied.) 2. The street-facing bedroom is extremely noisy, especially at night through the early morning hours. 3. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The drawers and cabinets are crammed with surplus utensils and miscellaneous equipment, but basic items, such as cutting knives, were completely missing. The off-brand coffee machine barely functioned and we were unable to find pods to fit it.

Great apartment in an amazing central location

Strasbourg is beautiful and this apartment was surprisingly roomy and couldn’t be in a more perfect location. We stayed here with my 73yr old mother and she had to take the first set of stairs slowly but it wasn’t too bad as we could carry her luggage and there is an elevator on the 2nd level. Also we were locked out (forgot our keys) the first night and couldn’t contact the owner. Literally had to go get a cheap hotel that night!! The wrong after hours contact # was listed on the main contact page and it took awhile to contact the manager. So keep your keys with you as the keypads dont work after hours!! Otherwise our stay was comfortable. This was in a great central location near restaurants & shops, and we could easily return for a rest and to escape the heat in the afternoon. It was really hot while we were there and there is an air conditioner unit & fans which was nice. However one of the bedroom windows was stuck closed and we all ended up sleeping on the floor in the main room as it was too hot in that room one of the nights. We were able to contact the manager again to open it for us the next day. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens & bathroom was clean. The washer was difficult to figure out and again the manager had to come fix a fuse or something. Overall a few inconveniences but I would recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. Just be persistent in messaging/calling the manager if you need anything!!!

Gé-nial !

Emplacement idéal ! Le centre de Strasbourg étant piéton, l'appartement est situé en plein centre de la zone touristique, on peut tout faire à pied et il y a un parking à proximité immédiate de l'appartement. L'appartement est au calme. Le ménage est irréprochable. Nous avons passée un super séjour dans cet appartement. RAS

Right in the Heart of Strasbourg

The location could not be better for this comfortable apartment. Step out the door and there are restaurants, bakeries, shops, and only minutes walk to the cathedral.
