Tucked away from the rest of the world, this eclectic home is the epitome of island fun in the East Beach Neighborhood of Saint Simons Island. Steps past the 9th Street beach access, enter the extended private driveway to the cheerful hideaway. Delight in the baby blue porch ceilings; a southern tradition that gained popularity in the 1850's for being a harbinger of good luck.

Pass through the oversized entrance doors, step into the main living room and feel at home, surrounded by beachy greens and blues as you overlook the private pool and water features. Peer into the open concept featuring a dining area, chefs kitchen and breakfast nook; also make note of the three bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom features a king bed, bathroom, complete with a roll in shower. Another bedroom provides a king with en suite bathroom, while the final bedroom on this floor features a queen and a bathroom shared with the living room. The gourmet kitchen offers professional appliances including double oven, double sinks and ample preparation space. Enjoy your culinary masterpiece inside or dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the pool or at the table in the screened in patio.

This home features a stunning backyard oasis. A built in rock slide spills into a crystal blue lagoon just past a wooden foot bridge which accents the center of the pool. Relax in a shaded lounge chair with a perfect view of the zero entry pool. Although the pool and the spa are available for guest use, the spa jets are not able to be turned on nor is the heat.

Ascend a large circular stair case, marvel at the two story foyer; dotted with handmade sconces commissioned by a local artist. Enter a second, oversized living area complete with butler's pantry and perfect for relaxing with the entire family after a long day in the sun. The second story also offers three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the first featuring two twins, the second a double and the third featuring a king; as well as an attached private sitting area with balcony, which is often used as a nursery. From the second floor balcony, drift off on a chaise or get a group together for a game of go fish at the outdoor dining table.

Climb the final spiral staircase to the third floor featuring five twin beds, spanning one bedroom and sitting area. From the third floor balcony take in the salt air as the Atlantic Ocean peaks through the tree tops.

Though this home is ideal for entertaining, gatherings of more than 17 are prohibited. Please enjoy the grand porches, large living areas, and fabulous pool area with your family only.

During the summer season, this residence may require a 7-night minimum and may require a specific check in day of the week.
