Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 310 is located on the ocean end and offers beautiful ocean views from the balcony, living room, and bedrooms. In addition, Beach Club 310 is nicely furnished and features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

This condo perfectly suited all of our needs, has great space and beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the convenient location.

Family beach vacay

5th year staying at The Beach Club. Location is the primary reason we stay here. Beach is great! Accomodations were good however the place could use some updating and kitchen had very sparse , old, and some dirty dishes and cookware. We have stayed in nicer rooms on the property for less cost per night in the past. Parking is always tight. Pool was extremely crowded.

Nice condo with beautiful view

Nice condo with good amenities. Comfortable furniture and beds were on the softer side. Beautiful view of the beach but hard to hear the ocean with the loud pool fountains. Plenty of shaded parking in base of building near elevator which was a nice feature. Unit was very clean in good condition though a little dated. Beach was very clean with plenty of room for all guests.

Wonderful few days away!

We absolutely love the condo. Older family member had a hard time getting on and off toilets because of the low height and the beds where high. Only other was the ability to get to the beach from condo. You have to walk way down to the park to cross over to the beach. I understand that is of no fault of the complex but hope they install a floating dock like down the beach. Would not be convenient if I had children with wagons and chairs But over all this was beautiful and I can’t wait to get back. Will definitely rent this condo again!! beautiful view.

great views, comfortable, small kitchen, soiled and old furniture, very dirty carpet, filthy carpet in hallway, sharp knives could cut yogurt nothing else. Red sofa in picture must be a very old one, patio is tiny
