Fantastique villa privée avec un hébergement spacieux comprenant - un grand salon ouvert et une salle à manger avec une lecture séparée confortable. 3 belles chambres doubles (une avec balcon) et accès terrasse au premier étage depuis le palier. Jardin privé, piscine privée et parking hors rue. Auvent électrique sur terrasse pour les repas extérieurs ombragés et barbecue intégré. Cuisine entièrement équipée (avec lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, planche à repasser) Wifi gratuit, toutes les chaînes de télévision anglaises gratuites + nos câblodistributeurs service de film avec 50 films à la demande mis à jour mensuellement, climatisation individuelle dans chaque chambre, tous les draps et serviettes plus serviettes de piscine / plage supplémentaires incluses, barbecue, lecteur privé. Très bien situé à l'aéroport de Faro - moins de 20 minutes. Moins de cinq minutes en voiture de la marina et de la plage de Vilamoura, et moins de deux minutes en voiture du vieux village. Situé près de l'hôtel Hilton.

lovely villa in quiet area

enjoyed our stay in the villa. Very well equipped kitchen. Delightful pool area. Mafalda greeted us on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed . She had even picked fresh lemons for us !Our weather was unusually cold and she made sure we had a couple of heaters to keep us warm and toasty at night. Glad we had a car, one is definitely required. Lovely area with great restuarants.

Fantastic holiday

This villa was even more amazing than the pictures display. Clean, spacious and just perfect for our family. A fantastic location, a few minutes in a taxi to the marina. Everything we could possibly need was available in the villa. We would highly recommend staying here.

Chic and comfortable Villa

Great base for exploring vilamoura and the surrounds- car needed. The property was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool, terrace and BBQ area were perfect for enjoying the fabulous Portuguese weather. Wi-Fi throughout and lots of tv channels, Mafalda was there to welcome us so check in was seamless and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies coming off a late flight.

Amazing house in a cute neighbourhood

My partner, my friends and I stayed at this beautiful property for a couple of days. Communication with Sheila was super easy, fast and friendly since the beginning. We really enjoyed the house and the neighbourhood. It is well located, and have good access to the other parts of the Algarve. The house itself has all the commodities we needed for our stayed. It was also super cleaned when we got there. We truly recommend Sheila’s place.

Family holiday - Vilamoura

A wonderfully appointed home from home villa in a quiet cul-de-sac. Lovely pool which was serviced regularly to keep it crystal clear. Excellent welcome from Margarida and the best welcome pack we have ever had from a rental property. Sheila always responded within 24 hours to any questions we had during the booking process. I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday which is far enough away from the marina to be lovely and peaceful but close enough for a nice stroll to the marina if you want a night out.

Family Break-July 2019

This is a beautiful villa in a quiet area of Vilamoura. The facilities at the villa were perfect for our family of 5 adults - very clean and comfortable. The pool and outside area were beautiful - the electric awning was brilliant for providing shade as required. Thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing 6 days at this villa. The nearest shops are a 10 minute walk away in the Old Village area - Villamoura marina is a 25 minute walk away which suited us fine. Taxis home in the evening were around 6 Euro. The arrival welcome pack provided was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a chill out holiday. Thank you

Brilliant Villa!

We stayed for five days on a golf trip and the Villa was perfect! We were met on arrival by Jessica who couldn’t do enough to help us and showed up around and gave a list of local supermarkets, the fridge had a few essential items already in it which was great for a quick snack on arrival! The outside area was perfect for a group of 5 and the kitchen has everything you need, the front room has lots of seating and the TV having all international channels is great for if you decided to have a quiet evening! We had a small issue with the gas going off but the local maintenance man was around within an hour to fix the issue! The Villa is near the Hilton hotel on a quiet residential street and only a 5 minute taxi to the marina or supermarkets which with local Uber is only about €4. I haven’t got a bad word to say about the Villa or the service and will be looking to book again!

Home away from home

We were 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 14) staying here for ten days. The property is lovely and spacious, 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms so there was no waiting to shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a very large fridge freezer which was handy. The pool area is a sun trap with the sun fully on on the pool from around 10.30 through to sunset - 6 loungers (although there was only cushions for 4) The villa is approx 10/15minute pleasant walk into the beautiful old village where you will find a small supermarket, restaurants/bars Taxis to larger supermarkets and to The marina are reasonable and also the tourist train stops a few minutes walk from villa Myself and family could not fault the villa and would highly recommend a holiday here. The booking process was simple and the owners were very helpful and responded swiftly to any questions we had. Fantastic first ( certainly not the last) visit to Portugal

A Nice place to stay in Vilamoura

We spent 12 days in the Villa in the extreme heat period in July. The villa was perfect according to our needs, two adults and two teenagers, with enough space for all of us to relax, bath, eat and having an overall relaxing time. The villa is situated in a larger Villa area in the Golf area of Vilamoura. Even though not directly in the "Centro" the distances aren't long, and you can can take a walk (15-30 min) or a Uber (5-10 min) to most things you want to visit nearby. DO enjoy the nearby restaurants! We did find the closest restaurants to the villa to be among the best and most authentic in Vilamoura during our stay. We had a good transport and welcome session even though we arrived two days late (because of airline strike), and we got quick and accurate replies by the management on any question we had during ourstay. Also the communication with the owner before we traveled to Portugal was excellent. Only one complaint :) : The heat at this stay was a little to much, but then the Villa and the pool served us as a cool and nice place to stay during the hottest hours.

Pros and cons

Pros: - Good outdoor area, plenty of loungers and dining seating, awning great addition as outdoor space gets sun most of the day. - Good amount of space inside the villa. Living areas generous, plenty of sofa seating, big dining table, three bathrooms (although none en suite). - Great A/C, very efficient! - Good communication with hosts and everyone we dealt with was very helpful. - land train stopped nearby. Cons: - villa a bit tired in places. Stains on lounger cushions, bedding well worn and bobbly, highchair safety harness was held on by a thread and should have been replaced long time ago. - there was only a small proportion of the pool that an average adult could stand in, let alone a child. For some, a deep pool may be an advantage but this might be a drawback for those with a young family. - we found the location a bit isolated. It was 20min walk to a supermarket and there was very little to do around the area unless you played golf. A walk to the marina with a pushchair took over 30mins and half of the journey has no pavements (although the roads are quiet so not too much of a problem). Probably not an issue for those with a car or on a golfing holiday. - some information in the villa for guests re the local supermarket, location of the land train stop, uber eats or uber taxi availability in the area would have been beneficial. Overall we enjoyed our stay however I do think there could be some improvements made to the villa to enhance the experience for future guests. Ultimately, the location was the main drawback for us and the lack of eating/drinking/supermarket options in the immediate area.

La maison est conforme à la description de l'annonce : c'est une propriété compacte, bien conçue pour une famille, avec une touche anglaise qui n'est pas pour déplaire :-) Elle est située dans un environnement calme, au milieu d'autres villas, à quelques minutes de voiture du centre très animé de Vilamoura, et l'on peut rejoindre les grands axes routiers pour visiter toute la côte très facilement. Vilamoura est résolument chic, avec une clientèle et une certaine densité urbaine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Quick relaxing break away!

The villa was a good size with a nice welcome pack on arrival. Margarida was lovely and assisted with anything we asked, including printing off documents to return to the UK. Thanks! All bedrooms were comfortable and nice bathrooms - we would receommend this villa for anyone.
