Surpassed our expectations

From the moment of booking to the day of checkout was so easy and our host, Jeff, was phenomenal at keeping in touch with me, answering all my questions very promptly! The property management and “keepers of the parking” were also very friendly and polite! I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting the perfect view, the condo was very clean and had an abundance of room! The balcony view was breathtaking!

Labor Day Vacation

We decided to take our kids and my parents on a mini vacation. Jeff is an amazing owner to work with. We have kids ranging from 22 to 15 and there friends came also. My parents came. We had a lot of room for our own space as well as to spend time together. Kids loved the gaming area. The VIEW my favorite sitting on the balcony. We will be back!!!

Housekeeping poor, some rooms hadn't been dusted in awhile. Sleeper sofa and couch in game room broke, couldn't use them. Game machine inoperable. My family will not rent this property again

Loved the family time and grandkids loved being close to the ocean.

It was a great place for our family and enjoyed being close to the ocean. Anytime we had questions, Jeff responded immediately.

Great stay and location

Despite a few hiccups, our stay at JeffCondos was great. Perfect size for large families. We had nine adults (4 couples, and 1 single), and four children that fit extremely comfortably. We came across a dryer and water issues, however Jeff was extremely quick on responding and taking care of the issues. We would highly recommend staying at this location as it’s central to many of the attractions that the area has. Thanks again, and we look forward to staying there again.

Girl Scout trip

I brought my Girl Scout troop to Myrtle Beach for a long weekend. This condo was in the perfect location with a lot to offer. The pools, hot tub, and the lazy river were perfect for our one rainy day. We had easy access to the beach. The condo had plenty of room to accommodate our large group and the view from the large balcony was amazing. Jeff was easy to work with! I would definitely rent this space again!

We had 16 people in this unit, adults and teenagers. Plenty of room great amenties, great location, can't say enough how good the trip was and how responsive Jeff was. Everyone in our group commented on how great a location we found. Awesome!

Great accommodations!

Condo was great for our needs, had no problems locating, checking in, accessing, and checking out. Several paintball teams grouped together a large 300+ game at Black Ops paintball field. Rooms were large enough for varying conversation groups. View is outstanding!

Nothing short of Amazing!

My family and I had THE most amazing time at this condo, and it exceeded my expectations. The photos online don’t do the unit justice, and it’s actually more stunning once you walk inside. Everything was thoroughly communicated from beginning to end, and Jeff truly was available every time I texted or called with a question. I coordinated to meet up with my family (4 children 5-14yrs old and 12 adults 28-78 years old), and not a single person was disappointed with my selection. We stayed at another condo the night before checking into this one, and the ease of transitioning was only possible because of Jeff. The check-in process was easy to follow, everything we needed was there (or easily accessible with Walmart and other shopping close by), and check-out was a breeze as well. We had more family members stop by briefly to sing happy birthday to my uncle, and the seating and space was excellent for the additional people. The views are wonderful, and the fact that almost room has a good one was impressive. The bathrooms were spacious, kitchen was a good size to cook in, and the mattresses were comfortable!! Overall, the place was very clean, suitably decorated, in an amazing location (no more than 5min to the airport, as I made two drop-offs/pick-ups), I had no issues with parking on and off-site with our additional vehicles, and Jeff’s communication was excellent from the time I inquired about the condo until after I checked out. Not only would I recommend this place and give it all stars possible, I’d definitely stay here again because of Jeff’s great communication and the ease of everything. I can’t wait to find a reason to return! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Family vacation with grandchildren

It was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and we had a wonder time. The condo was right on the beach which made it convenient for the family. There are many things to do especially with children. We enjoyed helicopter rides, Ripley's aquarium, Medival Times, mini golf and time on the beach and pools. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying at his condo. The place was very clean and more space then we excepted. It's a great place for a large crowd with two refrigerators, ovens and manyTVs. Property unacceptable.

We have used VRBO before and they were great-this was a terrible experience. The property was unacceptable. Its rated as awful in regards to cleanliness and safety. Fire alarm missing, bathrooms not cleaned, kitchen not clean, dirty microwave, awful oder, bedding had oder and had to be put on the balcony. The lay out of this condo is nice and spacious and ocean front but it needs updating with flooring, new dining chairs, new pillows for out door chairs, etc. The carpet was awful-needs replacing with tile and a good cleaning. My overall advice is don't book this unit until it has been cleaned and updated. Of course unless you don't care about staying in filth.

This guest UNBELIEVABLE (by threat of review) attempted to blackmail and take advantage of me if I didn't give her an ENTIRE new WEEK long vacation for next year during my peak season. The amazing thing is she expected 7 days next year even though her current stay was only 5 days... makes no sense! This is what she actually told HOMEAWAY she wanted. ...WOW! The comments that the room was not cleaned is simply a lie and out of 7 smoke detectors ...1 was disconnected by a previous guest. Unknown to me at the time, unfortunately due to a personal emergency of one of my housekeepers, they did not have the full crew there. WITHIN HOURS of the guest contacting me, I had my best housekeeper there to address all the guests concerns and the housekeeper did everything the guest asked her to do ...which of course is not mentioned. In addition, I called and spoke to the guest to follow up several times, to make sure all was ok and if there was anything else I could do for her. Each time she said "no ...they were fine" It is DISGRACEFUL that this guest had attempted to take advantage. I work hard for my guests and will do everything I can for my guests. No wonder all my other reviews are 5 stars including several that stayed after this guest. Please feel free to contact me anytime with any questions. JEFF ROSE
