Ocean Cottage 44 Vous vous sentirez léger comme de l'air, rafraîchi et renouvelé après votre visite à Ocean 44. Ce cottage de style townhome de 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain est situé en bord de mer dans les cottages souhaitables de la communauté de Jekyll Island. Vue sur la mer depuis les deux étages. Cuisine, salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte, suite principale (KING), salle d'eau et véranda à l'étage principal. Deuxième étage a deux chambres (Queen) avec salle de bain privée avec ouverte sur un grand balcon supérieur en bord de mer avec des rockers. Une buanderie complète est également située au deuxième étage. Paver patio avec barbecue et garage simple complètent le chalet. Harwood, planchers, comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable. À quelques pas des commodités et de l'accès à la plage. Les installations comprennent un pavillon, une piscine zéro entrée en bord de mer, une terrasse de plage, un foyer et un centre de remise en forme

GESTION SUR SITE

Accès à la plage: La poursuite du projet de réhabilitation du revêtement de revêtement de Jekyll Island, dans l'État de Géorgie, a entraîné la perte temporaire de l'accès à la plage de l'eau le long de notre littoral. Il y a toujours un accès à la plage à marée haute, côté terre du revêtement de roche. Nous vous recommandons Driftwood Beach, situé au nord de The Cottages ou à seulement quelques minutes au sud en voiture de la région du parc Great Dunes.

First Class Beach Vacation

The property is modern and stylish. It is well furnished and has adequate supplies. The amenities are first class as well. The view makes the location perfect. Sleeping to the sound of ocean waves was icing on the cake.

Beautiful house and gorgeous view

My friend and I had a perfect long weekend at this house. It is beautifully decorated and a lovely place to hang out. We loved sitting on the screened porch with the ocean view. It was our first time to Jekyll Island, and we would love to stay here again when the pandemic is over so we could explore restaurants!

This is a beautiful beachfront property. Beware though that the two upstairs bedrooms have a rather long staircase which my elderly mother could not navigate. Little to no hot water in kitchen sink. Stunning views

Email communication from property management was very thorough. The info book left on the kitchen island was filled with helpful details about our stay at the cottage and about the island. The cottage was very clean! They thought of everything we may need (even small bags with a trash bag, soups, dis detergent, etc). Highly recommend renting!

Great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on Jekyll Island. We have stayed at the Cottages several times, though this was the first time in this particular one. It was nice, and we appreciated the fact that the upstairs stayed as cool as the first floor. There is also an ocean view from both levels, which was important to us as some of us are elderly.

The beach experience was a bit disappointing due to high tide. However, the pool made up for it. Note that you will need to pay a parking fee to actually get on Jekyll Island.

Girls Trip

Perfect location for our long weekend girls trip! *Very responsive and helpful *Comfy beds *beautiful home and safe neighborhood *love that all 3 BR had an attached bath! *garage is a great plus * kitchen is basic stock only, no extras like oven mits *coffee maker is super basic and no timer *towels could be softer Overall awesome and we'd definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone 😊 Bonus pluses...SSI very close, Savannah a doable drive, island grocery (Jekyll Market) is cute (closes 6pm)

Great condo

The condo is exactly as described in the listing, was clean, and the location is great - near driftwood beach and the fishing pier. When we arrived we had an issue with the hvac, called and received a response within 10 minutes. We left for the day and the heat was fixed when we returned. Will likely be back.

Great place but fridge was filthy

I've rented these cottages 6 or 7 times over the years for work trips to the island. Love the cottages and location. But this year the fridge was disgusting. Dirt and hundreds of dead flies ranging from little fruit flies to larger flies. Really gross.

A little disappointing for price point

For high quality of this condo, we were disappointed that kitchen was missing dish towels, 9x13 pan, steak knives, grill is old and dirty, 2 chairs in dining room were wobbly. Also, no curtains or blinds in 2nd story bedrooms. Loved location and island though.

Almost a 5/5

Overall this cottage is great. Well furnished and decorated with beautiful views, and 3bed/3bath all with water front views. Arrival instructions were easy, and it was very clean. It didn’t rate a 5/5 for some simple things that make a big difference. The bath towels were paper thin and super tiny. Having a nice fluffy towel feels luxurious. A good coffee maker is essential. The Amazon basic coffee maker overflowed and we ended up using a tiny 4-cup coffee maker for our whole stay. The paper supplies were in short supply. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no back up. Finally paying a housekeeping fee but having to take our own garbage and recycling to a massive stinky compactor across the property was a bummer. I tried to call the office to ask about it but no one answered. Overall these are not big things and the place is charming, well situated, and the locals are nice, but the little things impacted our impression. The amenities on the property are nice … gym, pool, and beach access.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We had an issue with our linen service which has since been corrected. This was not up to our standards. Had we known there was an issue with the coffee maker, we would have replaced for you. Taking out the garbage is a necessary evil, hopefully it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for you. Interesting place, but is not worth the money.

It is an ok place, but definitely overpriced. The communication with the property managers was less than customer-oriented. Again, for the price some of the furnishings were tired and the showers always felt musty.

Almost perfect

The instant hot water heater blew out twice. Took some time to get it serviced. No one mentioned the tide makes the beach unusable most of the time. You need to drive to a public beach further down the island.

Very nice property. Decorated tastefully. Wonderful location. Appropriately priced. Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously. If I had any complaints, I wished the gym had a peloton. Then it would be perfect.

Great Property on the Ocean

Property and ocean views were wonderful. Very much enjoyed our first visit to Jekyll Island. Property manager could have communicated with us prior to our arrival to let us know about the check-in process. We look forward to our next visit.
