Small cottage at the end of a secluded private road. 10 acre small hobby/4h farm, we have chickens, pigs, goats, etc.
Silverwood Theme Park is located 5 minutes from the house. You can go play in the park and come back, rest, eat and go back for more play.
We are close to Farragut State Park with trails galore. We are approx. 20 minutes from Sandpoint and 30 minutes from Coeur d'Alene. The property includes our adjacent shop next to the cottage and our larger home on the opposite side of the property.
Guest Access

2 bedrooms, 1 has a Queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins. The front room has 2 twin beds that can combine to form a Queen as well. You have the entire house to yourself. The house accommodates 6 people. You can have up to 12 if you bring your on tent or RV. Parties 9 or more will be charged $10 extra per person/ night fee. Pets are welcome but NOT ALLOWED on furniture or bedding! Please bring a crate if leaving fur baby during outings. Please, keep animals on leash to protect our farm animals. Animal waste should be picked up and disposed of in metal can outside front door. Please see rental agreement for extra charges.
RV Basic hook up with 50 amp service is available for an additional charge. This way you can invite more family to have fun with. There is no connection for sewage but there is a drain system available in Farragut park. $20/ night for RV power hook-up. Message us for more details.
Other things to note
This is NOT a suitable venue for people with PET ALLERGIES. Dogs and other animals are regularly hosted here, and despite thorough cleaning, host CANNOT guarantee guests with allergies will not be affected.
This is a rural area. You may encounter animals and pests. Bear, moose, coyotes have been on the property. We take many measures to keep bees and ants away from the house, but its possible you may see them. In particular, if you see ants, please notify me so we can take care of them.
