Grand (2800 pieds carrĂ©s) dans un cadre champĂȘtre. La maison est Ă  1/2 mile de la route en retrait sur 20 acres. L'Ă©tang est bien approvisionnĂ© et il y a un kayak. La maison a 4 chambres Ă  coucher et 3 salles de bain complĂštes. Il pourra accueillir confortablement 11 personnes. Il y a une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e ainsi qu'un foyer et un grill extĂ©rieur. C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©connecter du monde extĂ©rieur et se dĂ©tendre. Il n'y a pas de cĂąble ou wi fi. Il y a cependant un tĂ©lĂ©viseur et un lecteur DVD. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  60 minutes Ă  l'est de Cincinnati.

This is a beautiful property. There is plenty of room and the house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked, which was nice since we prepared many of our own meals on this trip.

Very comfortable property. We enjoyed the open space, with many deer. The fireplace was very nice and relaxing. Ample firewood was provided. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We look forward to a future repeat visit.

Was an absolutely beautiful home. Fully stocked with dishes and linens, and our host replied very quickly when we had trouble getting situated. We had a large group and there was more than enough space for all of us without feeling crammed. Would absolutely recommend and book again!

This place was beautiful and so peaceful! It had everything needed to make us feel welcome and comfortable! The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well equipped with any emergency necessities, the couches and beds were comfy and spacious, and the wrap around porch provided the most beautiful view over the pond. While we didn't have our children there, it is family ready with toys and scooters for outdoor activities. Our favorite party was being able to gather together on the spacious patio in the back and enjoy the company of our friends. The only thing I would change is screens on the windows or a screen door on some entrances to help with the moths and mosquitoes, but it kinda comes with the territory of being out in the wild and peace. Definitely would return again.

Beautiful country retreat

Beautiful country property! Tucked in well off the road with a woods, wildflowers and a creek surrounding the house and pond. Outdoor patio area could use some TLC but spacious enough for a large group. Inside was open concept and inviting, with clean rooms and lots of amenities. Most extras for children like games and toys were broken or missing pieces, so it was a bonus we brought our own. Kitchen was mostly stocked; website could use some updating with everything included so one knows what to bring to cook for a crowd. Outside pond area could have been prepared more for our stay, as the paddle boat and kayaks were dirty and water filled. However, we caught lots of amazing fish and loved riding bikes down the lane! We saw deer, many butterflies and other wildlife; it was very serene and calming. Other than some things that needed fixed or cleaned up before our arrival, we were happy with our experience!

Great place to stay! Very serene. It was tough to get a comfortable temperature in all areas of the home at the same time & the water pressure isn’t great, but otherwise we had a very nice stay there.

Great listing

This is a really nice big house. Plenty of room for many adults. This place had everything we needed for a weeks stay consisting of 7 grown men. I plan to book another week next year.

Remote Private Peaceful Property

My husband, dog, and I stayed for a week at Kimberly's property and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious accommodations and privacy. We arrived during peak fall leaf color season and were able to enjoy beautiful trees while relaxing on the back patio. We made several fires in the pit on chilly evenings and relaxed on the comfortable couch to binge our favorite Netflix series. The king sized bed in the master was very comfortable as well. The large property allowed our 9 1/2 year old dog to explore and play and we loved walking the half mile long driveway with him as well. As an added bonus, we were delighted to discover a wildlife show every morning. There are many deer and a huge flock of turkeys that visit regularly and it was so fun to watch them for hours! This was a perfect property for our small group of 3 to escape and recharge. Thank you, Kimberly for providing such a lovely location and always being available to answer any questions we had.

The perfect getaway

This property is absolutely stunning! It was more than enough room for our family of 7, with room to spare. We all really enjoyed fishing in the pond, there are tons of fish, and a giant snapping turtle that my youngest unintentionally caught. There really is no need to leave the house, there is plenty to do on the property. We had a blast and made so many memories!

Had a great time! House was fine.

House needs some updates. Listing states kitchen supplied, just not with what. 7 forks, 3 spoons, 2 reg size bowls. A 4 x 6 cookie sheet, 1- 8 inch fry pan...Fridge does not have water/ice, ice maker is a counter top that makes a cup full at a time...no TP holder in bathroom...just needs some attention to details.

Relaxing Getaway

The host was fabulous! There is a wraparound front porch with rocking chairs overlooking a beautiful pond with a water fountain. Our visit to this serene and quiet property was exactly what we needed to recharge. I could also see where it would be a great place for a family getaway or summer/holiday get together. Completely recommend.

Beautiful Property

We had a large group in town for a horse show. The house was exactly what we needed. Our stay was perfect and our host was amazing. We would definitely come back, either for another show, or for a family getaway. We didn’t have time to fully enjoy all that this house and property had to offer. Highly recommended!!

Family vacation

We chose this home because of it's size to accommodate all of our family, private setting, small pond stocked with fish and 3 kayaks, and a fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and ample cupboard space for our canned goods. The refrig was also large enough. Nearly all the board games in the house need to be updated as the games were all missing pieces. Also, the firewood was completely depleted, so we went to the local gas station and purchased 2 bundles. But overall, the home suited our needs and provided a fun home-away setting for our family reunion. We'd definitely go back another year!

The property was amazing. Tranquil. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 1 teen. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain so did not get to enjoy the grounds but did get to enjoy porch swing. When a few questions came up, host responded swiftly to text with answer. Would stay again.

We were there for the USDC world hunt. The house was in a great location to where we needed to be. Big yard for us to be able to tie out our dogs.

Guys trip.

Very clean house. Has everything you need. Linens, towels, soaps, shampoos etc.. Many extras like seasonings and condiments. TV in the living room has a fire stick but no cable or satellite that we could tell. Very nice pond but not very accessible by the bank. One open spot big enough to fish one at a time. Some very nice fish to be caught! None of us really wanted to use the provided kayaks. We’re big guys and they didn’t really look big enough to hold us. Lol. The property is way back off the road and very private. Lots of room for all sorts of outside activities. We were very comfortable here and would definitely go back.

Girls weekend

It’s nicer than the pictures. However, the house does need some tlc . We were 7 women there for a long weekend. Its a little hard to find and not viewable from the road. The place could be awesome with a little paint and updating. It was fine for our purposes. The doors to outside need some work also.
