Ce sanctuaire parfaitement situé est idéal pour toute occasion ou réunion de famille / groupe; 17 personnes et 16 places assises dans deux salles à manger.

House was roomy and we enjoyed our stay. It could use some updating. The driveway is steep but 3 vehicles were able to park. The hosts were very responsive when the microwave didn’t work. I would stay here again.

Giving it 3 stars for several reasons. Inaccurate description.-Vail village is not 18 minute walk, closer to an hour walk probably. I also messaged the host asking about the grill. They replied and told me there was no grill. So we had to buy a portable grill to bring it and find out there is a the grill at the property. The properties itself is older. Pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. There is also an old moldy wood cabinet that holds childrens toys- terrible. Views are pretty and property can comfortably accommodate 3 families with kids

Highland Meadows

We had a great stay at Highland Meadows! The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room for everyone and the hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes. The location of the house is perfect! Less than a 5 minute drive to Vail Village. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location & spacious

We enjoyed our stay and found the property well maintained. It accommodated all our family and friends. The short drive to Vail was great as our main reason for staying here was skiing.

Awesome place to stay right next to Vail!

13 friends from all over came together and stayed at the house to ski at Vail. It was great place for all us. A lot of room, reasonable price, and within miles to the Ski hill. I would recommend!

Great mountain stay

I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Rafi was incredibly responsive, attentive, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The house was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The common area was perfect for relaxing and spending time together, and the hot tub was a great bonus. Every bed was comfortable and exactly as described, ensuring a great night’s sleep for everyone in our group. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Awesome Stay

This house was in the perfect location for the wedding we attended. Close to everything, plenty of space for our group of 13, and Rafi was so quick to reply with any questions or changes we had. Highly recommend!

Great Trip!

We truly enjoyed the house, plenty of room for our group. The hot tub needed some TLC, but quick call to property manager and it was taken care of. The place has multiple levels, plenty of space, would definitely rent this house again.

Great Place to Stay

Lots of space for a large family. Response from property manager quick. Very close to Cascade and Vail making for easy skiing days with more skiing and less driving.

Great location; bare minimum housing

Location is fantastic and beautiful views of north mountains; Hot tub is great.House gets the job done if that is all you are looking for. Provides bare minimum of towels, cleaning supplies (no sponge to clean cookware - just dishwasher), dishware, cleaning was subpar to say the least (in one of the cupboards there was a plate of white powder from what we presume were the prior guests partying too hard that obviously wasn't cleaned up...). Overall it did the trick and for the value was worth it, just know what you are getting into.

Holiday Ski trip

Overall the house offered everything we needed. We were disappointed that the shuttle stop was not walkable with kids and in ski gear. There was not a walking path that we could find just the snow packed, curved, steep road. It was an icy dangerous walk so we had to drive and park at the mountain. I think the Matterhorn shuttle stop is walking distance in the summer but not on winter roads.

Great for a large group at Vail

We had a large group of 14 friends in town for the weekend. We had plenty of parking and were able to take advantage of the hot tub. Kitchen is well equipped for what we needed, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. A little wear and tear on some of the bedding/furniture, but that didn’t matter to our group. We spent most of our days on the slopes, the Matterhorn bus station is about a 10 min walk away, and got us to and from the village. Would recommend this place to a friend!

Nice location but a bit dated

This large, multi level apartment is definitely big enough for a large group and is in a nice location. We didn't have enough towels, but they were quickly provided. The dryer also went out before we got there, and while a new one was ordered, we weren't able to use one during our stay. All things considered, the place was nice (but a bit dated) and served as a nice location for our family fun in Vail.

First stay at vail

Me and 14 of my peers visited vail for the first time and im so glad I picked this home. It's just s 7 minute drive to the lifts. The process was easy and stress free. We felt comfortable. We went skiing, snowmobiling and watched the superbowl in this home. There were some minor issues but someone came and fixed them next morning. There were events happening every evening but we felt too cozy to go out. Thank you for making out vail visit unforgettable

Great Stay for a Group

We stayed here for a long weekend to visit Vail and really enjoyed it! The home is spacious and spread out enough so everyone got their own space, yet we were also able to share meals with everyone. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to cook basic meals and we appreciated all of the table space. The garage and room for parking was really nice and gave us the space for the cars we rented. A bunch of our group enjoyed the hot tub outside and there is also a grill on the deck.It snowed during our trip and we appreciated the driveway being plowed. This rental is close to a Vail bus stop and the neighborhood roads were also well plowed and accessible during the snow. This home is on a hill, so keep in mind that the walk to the bus stop is down and up the hill. After our first day on the slopes, we struggled with that walk and opted to call for ride shares, which was affordable and comfortable. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and the communication of the owner. My only suggestions would be updating the TV in the living room (a bit outdated) and getting new board games for the house (if they will be offered - we saw games and were disappointed to find the boxes missing pieces or empty). We saw the effort in the new updates to the home (remodeled bathroom) and would recommend this stay.

Our stay was mid July. This home is part of a duplex. It is an older home that has been well maintained. It is a three level home. You walk into the mid-level, which is the main living area, kitchen, dining and garage. Two bedrooms and a bunk room are downstairs. There is also a small TV area downstairs. The master bedroom is upstairs along with a loft. Kitchen and baths have been updated. The home is spacious and very comfortable. It contains all the necessary amenities that a family might need. Our biggest complaint about the property was the fact that there is NO air conditioning. This made the master bedroom upstairs and the adjoining loft almost unbearable. The daily outdoor temperatures were reaching the upper 70s. One day it reached 80. We sadly kept the blinds closed during the day, and tried to let the cool breezes blow through the house during the evening and morning hours. The home still stored a lot of heat, and we never got the top level to cool down. The neighbor who owns the other half of the duplex said that he had installed air conditioning. This might be a great place to stay during the winter, but I would not go back during the summer months if I needed of the top floor master space UNLESS the owner installs an AC. Nice neighborhood with leisurely walking on the streets. Great location. 10 minute drive to anything.

Okay but not great

As stated in a previous review, the place needs a lot of maintenance. I asked the property manager to look at the list of problems discussed and he said that the maintenance team would look into fixing things. Icemaker still broken, no turntable in the microwave, etc. The hot tub cover does not have an assisted lift mechanism, so removing it takes two strong people, then there is no place to really put the cover. Iron rail around the hot tub was not secured well. Control panel for hot tub placed on the far end of the tub, so impossible to get to without removing the whole cover. I guess the price reflects the quality, but was hoping at least general appliances would functioned properly.
