Nous sommes situés dans le district de Montcalm, bordés par les Plaines d’Abraham.
Montcalm fait partie d'un environnement sécurisé et calme idéalement situé pour explorer notre magnifique ville.

Les rues populaires et animées de Cartier et de Grande-Allée sont situées à proximité.
La vieille ville et son célèbre Petit Champlain sont à quelques minutes.

L'appartement est entièrement équipé avec réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, nettoyeur de linge et sèche-linge

Beautiful stay in a beautiful city!

We had a lovely stay at Francois’ home. The home was very clean and well equipped. It was a short walk to parks and great restaurants. The walk downtown was a little longer but really beautiful and we did it several times.We appreciated our hosts recommendations and timely response. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay again.

Francois’ apartment was perfect for my family’s visit to Quebec City. You’re just a short drive or 15-20 min walk to Old Quebec City, 10 min walk to Musée national des beaux-arts, a massive park is the end of the street, there is a coffee shop/cafe a 5 min walk from the house, and plenty of excellent restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself has everything you need to be comfortable - nice beds, full kitchen with lots of coffee options, washer/dryer, and comfortable living and dining areas. The apartment was perfectly clean and access was easy. Fully recommend.

Nice property in amazing location. The only catch is parking (if you need it). It's a single lane driveway, so you have to coordinate with owner (who lives below) to get in and out. Otherwise a great apartment in one of the best neighbourhoods in Quebec.

Our host was genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The apartment offers spacious, cozy rooms decorated with charming touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. At night, it's a peaceful and quiet retreat. On the downside, the location means a lengthy walk to local attractions, which can be inconvenient during winter, especially with snow. Parking is also challenging when it snows since you'll need to share the driveway with the owner. Additionally, the bunk beds in the third bedroom are quite small for adults, so they may not be suitable for everyone.

Wonderful stay!

We arrived to a pristinely clean apartment. The owner was great about communicating right away with any questions that we had. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, right down the street from the Plains of Abraham. Plenty of room for everyone! The owner even allowed us to use his parking bc of the FEQ traffic. We’d definitely recommend staying here!!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The place was just as advertised, check in was simple, and communication with the owner was very good. It is a couple of kilometers from Old Quebec with easy access to bus routes but would be walkable as well. All in all, a great experience.
