Nous sommes situĂ©s dans le district de Montcalm, bordĂ©s par les Plaines d’Abraham.
Montcalm fait partie d'un environnement sécurisé et calme idéalement situé pour explorer notre magnifique ville.

Les rues populaires et animées de Cartier et de Grande-Allée sont situées à proximité.
La vieille ville et son célÚbre Petit Champlain sont à quelques minutes.

L'appartement est entiÚrement équipé avec réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, nettoyeur de linge et sÚche-linge
Il y a des chambres dans les arbres. Une chambre comprend un lit queen-size, une autre avec un lit king-size et l'autre avec un lit superposé pouvant accueillir 2 personnes.

Francois’ apartment was perfect for my family’s visit to Quebec City. You’re just a short drive or 15-20 min walk to Old Quebec City, 10 min walk to MusĂ©e national des beaux-arts, a massive park is the end of the street, there is a coffee shop/cafe a 5 min walk from the house, and plenty of excellent restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself has everything you need to be comfortable - nice beds, full kitchen with lots of coffee options, washer/dryer, and comfortable living and dining areas. The apartment was perfectly clean and access was easy. Fully recommend.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful city!

We had a lovely stay at Francois’ home. The home was very clean and well equipped. It was a short walk to parks and great restaurants. The walk downtown was a little longer but really beautiful and we did it several times.We appreciated our hosts recommendations and timely response. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay again.

Our host was genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The apartment offers spacious, cozy rooms decorated with charming touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. At night, it's a peaceful and quiet retreat. On the downside, the location means a lengthy walk to local attractions, which can be inconvenient during winter, especially with snow. Parking is also challenging when it snows since you'll need to share the driveway with the owner. Additionally, the bunk beds in the third bedroom are quite small for adults, so they may not be suitable for everyone.

Nice property in amazing location. The only catch is parking (if you need it). It's a single lane driveway, so you have to coordinate with owner (who lives below) to get in and out. Otherwise a great apartment in one of the best neighbourhoods in Quebec.

The place was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood with lots of available parking and only steps away from the National Historic Park (Plaines d'Abraham). Bus route nearby if you don't want to drive, plus electric bike rentals a couple of blocks away. Owner was communicative and helpful - definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We arrived to a pristinely clean apartment. The owner was great about communicating right away with any questions that we had. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, right down the street from the Plains of Abraham. Plenty of room for everyone! The owner even allowed us to use his parking bc of the FEQ traffic. We’d definitely recommend staying here!!

Great, clean spot

Spent a fall weekend here with my wife, kids and parents. Francois was very communicative, friendly and accommodating. Apartment was clean and conveniently located (20 minutes walk to the old city, 5 minutes to the art museum and Z Cartier Street for great food. Floorboards were very creaky, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.
