The villa is located on a quiet, low-traffic residential street. Access is secured via a pedestrian gate and an automated entrance gate, leading to a private courtyard where one parking space is provided.
An adjoining dwelling is rented next door; however, it is completely independent and physically separated from the villa. It is not visible from the garden, pool, terraces or rooftop, ensuring full privacy across all outdoor living spaces.
The ground floor is easily accessible and fully self-contained, with a bedroom suite, bathroom, kitchen and living area on one level.
Access to the upper floors and rooftop is via staircases. A service dumbwaiter (for groceries and household items) is available for convenience, though it is not designed for passenger use.
The property is equipped with a security alarm system. In over 12 years of occupancy, there has never been any burglary, as the configuration and layout of the house make it particularly difficult to access from the outside.
A dedicated concierge, fluent in French, English and Spanish, will assist you before, during and after your stay. Experienced in luxury hospitality standards, she understands the codes of high-end service and knows Paris inside out, anticipating your needs and managing every detail with discretion and efficiency.
