Hreat access to historical sites.

We loved our stay, quiet, close to most historic sites, friendly pub a block away, host was prompt and thoughtful. Apartment was clean, quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Super awesome for perfect week in Lisbon

It was perfect for my two teens and I. Rita was amazing, location was great, super clean and everything we needed. Great value, safe neighborhood, lots of food choices around, metro super close. I would stay here anytime we were back in Lisbon.

Amazing appartment!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We had a warm welcome and a fantastic host, who gave us great advice on places to eat and to visit. The appartment is located in a safe neighbourhood near the metro station. It was wonderful to visit beautiful and lively Lisbon, and after retreat in the idyllic and quiet garden.

Lisboa Garden home

Thanks for the use of this great place. We really enjoyed our stay, so close to everything we needed. So many close great places to eat and a short distance to the Metro. This apartment was very spacious (kitchen, sitting area, dining area and large bedroom) with a great back yard, your own Oasis. The host was excellent and super nice.

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about this property was perfect! Rita was so lovely and accommodating. The apartment was in an excellent location: quiet residential neighborhood but easy walk to the metro for access to all of Lisbon’s major sites. The apartment itself had everything we needed and we loved sitting in the courtyard in the evenings. Thank you Rita for a peer stay in Lisbon!

wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay in the very comfortable apartment . The location of the apartment was ideal for us . Our daughter lived nearby and the tourist Highligts are easily accessible on foot or by public transport . In the immediate vicinity there are nice restaurant and many shops. Especially nice is the terrace where we could enjoy the sun after our excursions extensively . Rita is a wonderful hostess who could give us many helpful hints . We will recommend the apartment in any case.

Très bon accueil de Rita et informations fournies à la demande. L'appartement est très bien situé et dispose d'une terrasse, le quartier est calme et le métro tout proche. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Lisbonne!

Un appartement où l'on se sent comme chez soi!

Cet appartement est top! Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous! Il est moderne, confortable et très bien équipé. Bien que les hotes n'aient pu nous accueillir, ils ont été bienveillants tout au long de notre séjour, prenant des nouvelles lors de notre installation et nous donnant quelques bonnes adresses. Nous reviendrons à Lisbonne très vite, et espérons pouvoir profiter à nouveau de ce joli petit appartement!

Un bel appartement très fonctionnel à proximité du centre de Lisbonne

Appartement de qualité très fonctionnel et très propre. Rita nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a donné plein de conseils. L’appartement est à 5 mn à pied de la station de métro Arrioros. Le quartier est plein de commerces, restaurants, pâtisseries, supermarchés. Merci encore à Rita pour sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils !

Accueil chaleureux dans un sympathique appartement

Idéalement situé près du métro et station de bus, l'appartement est très calme, très fonctionnel, très propre, et la terrasse très appréciable après de longues journées de découverte de Lisbonne. Très chaleureux accueil de Rita qui nous a bien briefé sur les visites et les transports. Elle a également partagé ses bonnes adresses de restos! Un pied à terre vraiment sympa pour une ville à découvrir! A recommander sans hésitation.

un petit coin de paradis

Appartement très agréable avec sa terrasse et son jardin zen , calme permettant de récupérer de l agitation de la ville , neuf , propre , 5mn à pied du métro , qui mène directement au centre. Que demander de mieux ? Mon cousin qui doit venir l an prochain, a déjà l' adresse ....Quant aux restaurants recommandés par les propriétaires, , ils étaient savoureux copieux et pas chers , fréquentés par les locaux . Excellent choix pour se poser dans Lisbonne .

Comme à la maison !!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement correspond aux photos et descriptif. Quartier calme, métro à quelques mètres à pied. Beaucoup de commerces de proximité aux alentours Rita et João sont très serviables et accueillants, plein de bons conseils et attentions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Kalt wars

Preis/Leistung war übertrieben hoch Fr. 176.- pro Nacht, die wir über FEWO zahlten. Der Fussboden war eiskalt und die zwei elektrischen Heizöfen reichten nicht aus, um die 70m2 Wohnung warm zu bekommen, da wir sie ausschalten mussten, wenn wir nicht in der Wohnung waren. Dez-März kann es auch in Lissabon recht kalt werden, daher war es für uns nicht wirklich gemütlich, in der Wohnung zu verweilen. Es war eher ein Dach über dem Kopf. Der massiv wachsende Tourismus tut Lissabon nicht gut. Die Preise steigen ins unermessliche und so manch ein Angebot stimmt einfach nicht mehr mit dem überein, was es bietet.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay in our apartment as much as we would have liked. We really put an effort in making our guest´s stay the best possible. We asked a few times if everything was going well and the answer was positive. We could have readily taken more heaters if you had informed us of this need. As you surelly understand, it is dangerous to leave electric heaters on unattended, which is why we ask our guests to only turn them on when they are at the house. Wishing you all the best, Rita

Adorable clean apartment

This unit is adorable. It was also very clean. Rita was very nice and even let us leave our luggage there early since we arrived before check-in. We slept in the bedroom and our daughter slept on the couch. It is located within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s small but it is a great place!! We loved it!

A very good apartment

Our hostess was at the apartment for our arrival and willingly agreed to return next day to give us full introductory information when we would be less jet-lagged. She was easy to contact throughout our stay and was very helpful. The apartment was very clean, well-kept, well equipped, and comfortable. Persons with any mobility problems may find the rather steep street challenging. By using Uber we were able to reach any destination we wished.

A Great Place in. Lisboa

Rita was wonderful and so accommodating. Her English is great. The apartment is very spacious with a very nice size shower. The little back garden was very pleasant. Was a bit of a hike to the metro and since we are seniors, we used Uber for all our trips into town. Very affordable and we had the pleasure of having some local flavor. If ever I visit Lisbon again I would stay in this apartment. I highly recommend.

Schitterend appartement, fantastische host

Het appartement is gezellig, schoon en compleet ingericht en heeft een klein terras en n tuintje. Het ligt in een hele rustige buurt met restaurantjes en winkels binnen loopafstand. Rita is een geweldige host en reageert snel en vriendelijk op elk vraag. Kan dit appartement echt aanraden.

Perfect in every way

We had a wonderful week in Lisbon. An absolutely fabulous city. The apartment was perfect in e every way and we would certainly recommend it to our friends and family. Lovely apt. In Lisbon. We like to walk, so the fact the apt. Was a mile from city center and Alfama worked for us. The apt. Was very clean, very comfortable and had a lovely garden. Rita was tremendously helpful. We will recommend this spot to all our Lisbon bound friends.
