Cet appartement dĂ©corĂ© avec amour est situĂ© au plus haut Ă©tage d’une maison restaurĂ©e dans la zone supĂ©rieure d’Alfama, dans le centre historique de Lisbonne. Il a Ă©tĂ© renouvĂ© en 2022.
L’emplacement hors du commun, unique de l’appartement offre une vue spectaculaire sur 3 paysages. Vous aurez une vue d’ensemble sur ce qui se passe dans les ruelles mais vous pourrez aussi ĂȘtre au calme si vous le dĂ©sirez. L’appartement se trouve au 3e Ă©tage de la maison et on y accĂšde par un escalier en colimaçon traditionnel qui mĂšne directement Ă  l’appartement depuis l'entrĂ©e de la maison. Les deux Ă©tages infĂ©rieurs de la maison datent d'avant le grand tremblement de terre de 1755 et n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© dĂ©truits par celui-ci. Les deux Ă©tages supĂ©rieurs remontent au 19Ăšme siĂšcle. L’appartement est dans un lieu trĂšs central et ensoleillĂ© toute la journĂ©e.

ParticularitĂ©s: L’appartement a un emplacement trĂšs central dans un bĂątiment historique au cƓur de la vieille ville de Lisbonne. Il est bien desservi et se trouve sur la ligne de tram n°28. Le cloĂźtre Sao Vicente, la colline du chĂąteau et les ruelles d’Alfama se trouvent Ă  quelques minutes. Retournez dans cet endroit calme aprĂšs vos longues excursions dans la ville et profitez de la vue panoramique offerte par chaque fenĂȘtre. Ou restez dans l’appartement et profitez de l’ambiance spĂ©ciale et des piĂšces hautes et lumineuses.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment. It felt like stepping back in time but with modern amenities. Views of the city from the balcony were beautiful. Thanks for the recommendation of eating at Sant' Avo. The incredible decorations, host and food made a soggy day in Lisbon comfortable and delicious!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht. Die Ferienwohnung ist angenehm fĂŒr 2 Personen, ich denke innen gehen auch mehr Personen, der Balkon ist allerdings eng, er ist mit zwei Personen schon voll. Über die lange enge Treppe wĂ€r ich gern vorher informiert worden, dann hĂ€tten wir zwei kleine Koffer mitgebracht, statt einen großen. Ansonsten super Lage, tolle Aussicht und alles sauber. Sehr bequeme Kissen

It's a wonderful rustic place in the heart of Alfama. It's right above a quiet restaurant that serves great brunches. The owner was very friendly and gave a lot of helpful tips, such as where to visit and where to get the best parking, etc. The property has a lot of stairs which can be a bit exhausting after a long day of walking (In Alfama you should expect a lot of walking). The view makes it worth it.The place itself can get a little hot, but there's window shutters to keep out the sun and a fan so if you fan be very comfortable.

Enjoyed the support

Brilliant view. Comfortable and sizeable property. The balcony has views both directions - of the city and of the ocean. Alfama is the place to be in Lisbon! What was most gratifying was the pre-stay advice of the owner, Seppei, and the on-site support of his helper, Paula, who lives downstairs.Felt like ‘home’ to us. Though it pains us to mention it, for anyone physically challenged, there are four levels of steps to access the apartment and that should be consideredWould stay there again. Thank you! .

I steep climb but worth it for the view!

In a lovely part of Lisbon's old town Close to trams and a few restaurants and shops. Very steep stairs up to the top floor but worth it for fabulous views.The host very kindly gave recommendations about restaurants. It would have been nice to have had some info in the apartment about the area and transport and maybe a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival! Just small things, overall apartment was very clean and well equipped, we had a great stay.

As beautiful as the pictures!!!

What a beautiful apartment, with unbelievable views from the windows and balcony! If you love the pictures, you will love the apartment. It is also clean and comfortable. It has some quirks: lots of steep steps to get up to it, and an odd layout with several small-ish rooms. But everything works really well, and it is so pretty inside, and the views are just amazing!

Hilly and lots of stairs but worth it!

We enjoyed staying in a neighbour with character versus in a more downtown location. Most everything was in a enjoyable walking distance
despite the hills and stairs! Access to appartment requires climbing 50 stairs, straight up but surprisingly doable. Appartment was comfortable for the time spent inside and with the amenities needed. It is a family home so older in style than some may want but had an unexpected warmth and charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening on the balcony with amazing views. It was somewhat smaller than we imagined based on photo but we managed. Definitely a plus! Host was so helpful and provided lots of needed detailed info as we planned our stay, and Paula in charge of checkin/checkou, again, very helpful.

Beautiful apartment!

My family and I almost exclusively stay in VRBOs or similar and have for over a decade. This kitchen was small, but SO EXCELLENT. Well equipped with everything we could need! The windows let in fantastic light, the apartment was comfortable and clean. HIGHLY recommend.

Lovely

The apartment is perfect for a small group willing to climb the stairs for a beautiful view of Lisbon. The tiny terrace is a lovely spot to sit and discuss a wonderful day of Lisbon sightseeing with wine and snacks purchased easily from shops nearby. The location of the apartment is ideal for seeing many sights.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lissabon. Die Wohnung war sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet mit vielen schönen antiken Möbeln. Abends konnten wir auf dem kleinen Balkon den fantastischen Ausblick genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Great Location

The apartment was as advertised and in an excellent location in the city. The checkin and checkout went very smoothly. The only negative comment I have is that the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We found it very difficult to get a decent sleep, which was unfortunate.

I am over-joyed with how great this experience at this apartment was. Having my own balcony with a view like that every day was incredible! Great kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Trolly stop close by. The list goes on and on. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Lisbon. Thank you!!

Wir verbrachten 4 NĂ€chte in diesem Apartment. Die Lage ist absolut top. Mit Sicht ĂŒber die DĂ€cher und auf den Tejo. Mit der U-Bahn und den historischen Tramlinien Nr. 12 und 28 kann das Apartment gut erreicht werden. Es hat viele Restaurants in der NĂ€he. Das Apartment selber ist sehr sauber und bietet viel Platz. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert und man lebt deshalb sehr ruhig. Die Infrastruktur ist in sehr gutem Zustand.
