The CAC works wonders after a day at the beach. Beautiful front and backyard. Location also tough to beat. Five minute walk to Haigis Beach. Many great places to eat are less than a mile: Chapins, Cleat and Anchor, Woolfies, Kream n Kone, Dog House,Sundae School, Wee Packet, Good Friends etc...

Summer getaway 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting this house. We got started very late in the search process this year, but found that this house was a walking distance to the beach and fit our family. This house was very clean, kitchen nice and updated. The downstairs room with the futons was perfect for when our nieces and nephews came to visit. My only knock on this house was that the outdoor area seemed "awkward". The grill was on the side of the house, very close to the neighbors as was the side deck, in order to enjoy the back yard you had to go out and walk around to the backyard gate. No fault of the owners, based on where the kitchen is set up, it's almost all you can do but I could not enjoy the deck or outside as I have done in previous houses. Backyard was a good size for cornhole and the shed was stocked with many supplies. We had a great time!

This was our 4th summer renting this place and each time we're met with some nice surprises upon checking in. This time an entire new living room: furniture, fireplace mantle and giant wall mounted TV. The entire place is beautifully maintained and equipped. AC works great. Quick walk to Haigis beach, sundae school, Chapins, etc...

Cape week with our kids

My husband and I took our three children away for the week and had a great stay! The exterior of the property was nicer than appeared in the photos, the landscaping and flowers were beautiful and I loved sitting out in the backyard with my morning coffee. Bonus the backyard is fenced in so the kids could play safe. Location was perfect we walked the kids in the wagon to Glendon Rd beach daily. The interior was clean and the kitchen was up to date with everything we needed to cook dinners. The outdoor shower was also a nice feature. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great space for teenagers

Very clean and great location to the beach and to “what’s the Scoop” ice cream shop (both were priorities for our family). Excellent sleeping and hanging out space for teenagers in lowered floor family room.
