Belle vacances Cape Cod Maison!

Ce est une merveilleuse maison unifamiliale, parfait pour des vacances en famille à Cape Cod. Situé sur un cul-de-sac avec une cour privée, cette maison dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement rénové, deux salles de bains, tous les nouveaux tapis à l'étage avec une douche extérieure. Tout l'intérieur de la maison a été repeint récemment et est décoré avec goût. Ce est une courte distance en voiture de 2 mile des plages »de laurier», comme renommée mondiale Mayflower Beach et à 5-6 mile de route des plages au sud de Cape Cod.

Dennis a un emplacement idéal - un accÚs facile à de nombreuses plages et des activités, ainsi qu'une grande variété de restaurants et magasins à proximité!

Nous limitons le nombre total de clients dans notre maison Ă  un maximum de 7, y compris les adultes, les enfants et les nourrissons. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas fournir le linge de maison. Les locataires sont donc tenus d'apporter leurs propres draps et serviettes.

Rob’s home was absolutely beautiful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house had every convenience we could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and easy. Check-in was seamless, and communication with Rob was effortless—he was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Cottage was well worth the stay

It was a lovely cottage with a homey feel to it. Located close to beaches and restaurants. Nothing was too far of a drive. A wonderful place to stay. Would stay there again.

Great rental!

We had a wonderful stay - the house was well equipped and there were so many “extras” provided such as toilet paper and paper towels. Location was great, just a quick ride to the best bayside beaches and a bunch of local restaurants. My family and I were comfortable and happy during the week we spent here and look forward to returning!

The house was as pictured well kept. The kitchen was the best I've seen in regards to utensils, pans, and knives. High quality cookware. It was great that paper products, bags, soap and laundry were all there for you. Less I had to bring with us. Quiet neighborhood and the host was super friendly and attentive to our needs.

Great place to stay

The home is a great place to stay. It’s very roomy and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet; ready access to beaches and restaurants. WiFi is reliable and strong.The kitchen is very workable, although the electric stove took some getting used to (we use gas in our home).The only criticism is of the gas grill; it’s old, had some rust problems that made using it difficult to cook meat evenly.The owner’s instructions were informative without being obnoxiously restrictive.We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This home is conveniently located near beaches, breakfast spots, and gives easy access to favorite spots on the Cape! It is in a VERY quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard. Loved it!

Spring Cape Vacation

The house was exactly as described and just perfect for us. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. Mattresses were very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. Beach chairs, etc were available. Grilled one night and grill worked fine. TWe are already planning our next stay at this house.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at your home. Everything we needed was there and your detailed information was so helpful. We especially loved that you had recorded the Bills vs Miami game for us to enjoy when we got home from spending the day on the Cape! Your house was spotless and so comfortable. Wonderful Family Vacation!

We loved this beautiful Cape Cod home!! My husband and I both have strong ties to Cape Cod were skeptical about renting, but this VRBO made us feel like we were "home." It was clean, well stocked, and had a cozy warmth about it. We had a marvelous stay and look forward to coming back more often!! Lovely week in Dennis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Cape Cod home. It's on a quiet, tree-lined side street, a short drive from town center and beaches. The house had plenty of space for our family, and all the amenities you could ask for (including a well equipped kitchen!). The deck has an awning so it's comfortable to sit outside any time of day. The owners were friendly and responsive - quickly attending to a few items of clothing we left behind. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Rental was clean and Close to everything. The Water pressure in the showers was not very good, so showering with long hair was a bit of a challenge. And could use a sharp knife in the kitchen. (Maybe because it was the end of the season that the knives were dull)

Wonderful quick stay

We came in for a wedding at the Dennis Inn over Memorial Day weekend. Myself, husband, and our three kids in their 20s. The house worked out perfectly for us. It’s cute and cozy, but surprisingly spacious where you need it—upstairs bedrooms, dining and kitchen. The host was great. Made sure we got in ok etc. 5+ stars. I wish we could have stayed longer. I guess we’ll just have to return 😉

Quiet Getaway

Our group ranged in age from 6 months to 70+ and the house was perfect for all of us. Rob was quick to communicate with us and the check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable and the a/c units cooled the bedrooms down well. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen looked like it would have anything we would need to do so. The neighborhood was quiet and the kids enjoyed scooter rides. The outdoor shower was a godsend after visits to Mayflower beach and it was a nice surprise to be stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Thanks for a great stay! We miss Cape Cod already and look forward to another stay next summer!

Fantastisch - Traumferien

Unser Aufenthalt in Cape Cod war perfekt. Das Haus ist toll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Von VespertĂŒten ĂŒber KĂŒhltasche bis SpĂŒl-/ und Waschmittel, StrandstĂŒhle, Sonnenschirm, findet sich wirklich alles, was man braucht. Es war bisher das bestausgestattetste Haus in dem wir je waren. Da wir aus Deutschland angeflogen sind, war das sehr hilfreich fĂŒr uns. Wir empfehlen, das Angebot der BettwĂ€sche wahrzunehmen, es gibt ein WĂ€schepaket, dass man mieten kann, darin enthalten sind auch BadetĂŒcher, HandtĂŒcher und GeschirrtĂŒcher, das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket. Dennis ist ein netter, kleiner Ort, es gibt tolle StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he. Wir erhielten eine Restaurant-Liste und Liste der StrĂ€nde ringsherum. Wir haben fast jedes Restaurant ausprobiert und waren begeistert. Auch der Mayflower-Beach ist wundervoll. Vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, z. B. Chatham und auch Provinztown sind leicht zu erreichen. Rob und Susan waren tolle Gastgeber, man fĂŒhlte sich wie zu Hause und jede Kontaktaufnahme wurde sofort beantwortet und alle WĂŒnsche erfĂŒllt. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder in dieses Haus gehen, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt! Auch unsere "Teenager" waren rundum glĂŒcklich. Danke, lieber Rob und Susan!

Peaceful & quiet, while close to everything!

Spacious, sparkling clean home with room for all of us to gather & hang out together. Private & comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Our host was thoughtful & attentive, made sure we were able to get in easily and had what we needed. Shopping, restaurants, beaches nearby, could not ask for anything else! We plan to book again next year if it's available for our annual weekend getaway. Best rental on the Cape so far, after staying at several properties throughout the years! Thanks so much, Rob!

Totally stress free rental

Robert was extremely through in anticipating all of our needs. His lists provided all the information we needed for our stay. The house was immaculate and comfortable. Location was perfect close to everything we wanted to do. Any questions we had Robert responded to quickly and was very accommodating. We definitely plan on returning.

We purchased this home after some friends let us use their Cape Cod vacation home and we fell in love with Cape Cod! We use this property each summer and simply love it.

The street and yard are great for the kids to ride bikes or scooters and play after a day at the beaches. Located in Dennis it provides easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and many activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking and mini golf. Relax on the back deck that offers privacy as you look out over the back lawn and woods!
