Il comprend un sous-sol fini avec bar et table de billard / ping-pong, une salle familiale supplémentaire et la 5ème chambre utilisée comme salle de gym à domicile, mais peut avoir un matelas pneumatique queen de luxe surélevé ajouté sur demande pour dormir un total de 10 personnes. La cuisine ouverte, récemment mise à jour, dispose de nombreux sièges et s'ouvre sur le salon. Cette maison comprend également une salle à manger formelle et un bureau à domicile. Une terrasse à deux niveaux comprend un gril à gaz et un porche grillagé donnant sur un beau terrain boisé avec piscine creusée et foyer extérieur. La maison est située dans une communauté de parcours de golf semi-privé et est idéalement située à proximité de grands magasins et restaurants. Il se trouve à quelques minutes de l'autoroute et à 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville ou de Churchill Downs.

Great spaces, indoors and out

This is a large private home that is occasionally available as a rental. It is beautifully furnished and extremenly well-equipped. We felt comfortable right away when we arrived. The place was well-stocked and perfectly clean, and the owner had left fresh flowers on the table and a supply of coffee in the canister. We enjoyed our vacation week at this property. There is plenty of room for people to gather together or to wander off alone. The pool and the outdoor spaces are great. We took a walk every day. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive, and there is a kiddie park you can walk to in less than 10 minutes. But if you need groceries or take-out food, a large shopping area is only 10 minutes away by car.

Family stay

The only thing that worried me was the screen entrance gate to the pool side basement. The latch was taped up when we got there but it didn't keep the gate operating properly and after a day or two it was completely inoperable. It needs complete replacement.

The pictures of the house were spot on! Everything was clean and of a high quality. There were so many small details that made it feel even more like home. It had anything you could want in a kitchen and so many areas to gather. A wonderful family vacation.

Michelle’s property was even better than the pictures! The house was very clean and perfect for 5 couples. We spent all of our time in the fun basement, screened in porch and of course the pool! Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Wonderful Getaway

The house was everything we expected and more! It was more beautiful than the pictures even showed. The screened in patio was our favorite place to be. They had all the amenities we could need or want. The owner was very responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with. There was so many fun things to do we never had to leave the property for anything. The pool was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures.

Enjoyed despite the weather

House was set up great for entertaining and relaxing. It rained 90% of the time we were there but we still managed to enjoy ourselves. Lower level and back yard had everything and all very well maintained. Was concerned when we booked about the proximity of the neighbors but it was not an issue....although our use of pool was restricted by weather. Seemed like a lot of stairs good thing we did not have senior family members traveling this time. Overall we had a great time and wouldn't mind going back with better weather!
