Our stay here was good. Location wise, close to mostly everything. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was the Wi-Fi was buffering alot.

Great location!!!!

This was my third time in this apartment. Everything was great. The river view, the zona colonial right across the complex is such a plus. You could just cross the bridge by walking to the colonial site, museums, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I love this apartment and sterling the host is always so helpful. The beds are comfortable which is a plus.

Home away from home

Just about every time I visit this beautiful country I usually book to stay in this particular accommodation. The ease of checking in the efficient communication of the property manager, the beautiful view of Santo Domingo and the river the pool, the courteousness of the staff it just feels like home away from home but with better views!! I am never disappointed with this property. I feel safe here I feel comfortable I feel welcomed. Thank you for everything every single time!

I love the place, I wasn’t provided enough information about the place. Just thought I was going to a house not a hotel. Thought it would have been just us and the property owners. I love the water front view but thought it would have been at the beach. Also I didn’t know that I would be buying a lot of things to cook and clean.

GREAT STAY

I really enjoyed myself at this property. The location is near the bottom of the hill so crossing the street to walk towards the plaza over the bridge is not for the weak, lol
opposite direction is the marina w/restaurant and a separate cool bar
the River Market is attached to the building w/a great cafe/store, outside seating, delivery service and a great staff. The unit has security which looked out for me, as I traveled solo
the pool was cool when I did go hang out, otherwise I enjoyed it from the balcony view. Ubers are so inexpensive and readily available, even on motorbike, if you dare lol. I did quite a few outings (bike in the country, historical tour, 3 eyes cave tour, restaurant hopping, and took some amazing pics) . My bad, back to the unit, Karina and Mr. Esterling were very responsive whenever I WhatsApp’d them, the a/c was nice, internet worked and the apartment was stocked for those that cook. The ONLY SMALL complaint I had was there were some little baby ants, mostly in the kitchen but just keep food in fridge and clean up any crumbs or spills, you’ll be good (it’s a hot climate so to be expected sometime). I ENJOYED MY STAY and I’m not a paid actor :-)

Not as advertised. Owner is so aggressive, so desperate for money, so greedy, and will not do anything to please guests. He/she is all about money. No hot water! Small spaces! The toilets and showers are so tiny, you can't even move. The beds are in bad shape, if you're a heavy person you'll fall out. They advertised that you paid for the entire house. When you get there to get your key. They said that you didn't pay for some areas of the house. They locked them you can't access them. I don't know how they still in business and get away with this. Only desperate people should keep this property in business. Worse of the worse! They're so fake! They're more like a scam! Don't book this place especially if you're from the United States, you won't be happy with your stay because you won't be too comfortable with that place. It's not worth a single penny! And, whoever is running that business is so unprofessional! Don't even know how to treat or talk to guests!

The property was exactly as stated. Clean, well maintained and secure. Only problem.... I had to find where to take garbage. The trash location wasn't discussed. Other than that it was delightful.

Fantastic place in a great and very safe environment

Very nicely appointed and every amenity you can think of although a nice frying pan would be nice 😂We needed to extend our stay and the owner was extremely gracious! This place spoiled me to lesser apartments. I wish everywhere I stayed was this beautifully, very reasonable, and convenient to all our wants and needs. Thanks

Karina was great she assisted us with everything when we needed something. The property was very beautiful just as in listing. The people at the riverside market were very nice and helpful as well.
