We had a great time, Grilled in the yard and the kids played ping pong. Perfect spot for a family weekend.

Great place all seasons

I love this house so much when we took our girls trip. I came back with my boyfriend for a second trip. Love the big open spacious kitchen. Plenty of space in the house very comfortable bed. I’ll be back for a third time.

Cute Rental for Families!

Overall, our stay was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, kitchen goods, and more. One downside was that the fireplace did not work, and we had a few chilly nights where we would have loved the extra heat and ambiance.

Wonderful location. 2 minutes to outlets, 10 minutes to golfing.

Private development which is quiet. Situated in a wooded area. Everything you need is there ! There's even a ping-pong table. Very spacious and clean. Highly recommend this rental.

Great Summer Rental

We rented the condo for a weekend away in July. Yes, we knew ahead of time there would be no AC, so we prepared... BUT there was a good sized fan in every room, and it wasn't bad! The condo was very clean, and great open concept layout. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

House is in a great location. Fully stocked, clean and i even received a message saying i was able to check in early. I wish the house had ac because it was really hot even with all the fans on and windows open. Overall great experience.

Great location

Good central location to explore the mountains nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of clean towels in bathrooms and kitchen. Beds were comfy. The main floor bed was too soft for us, fortunately the one in upstairs bedroom was perfect with lamps on both nightstands, which is important to us who enjoys reading books before going to sleep. Bathrooms are a bit outdated yet they are fully functional. Kitchen was well appointed with exception of a burnt out bulb in the fridge. Nice layout in the common area with dining table, sofa, coffee table, TV and access to outdoor deck with table and chairs. Appreciated the use of washer and dryer to do our laundry.

Perfect Home. Perfect Location.

Vacationed this past week in mid September. No air conditioning was not an issue. There were enough fans available if needed. The whole renting process was so easy and streamlined. Home was just as nice as pictures showed. We agree with a few other posts that there is a little updating needed, but nothing that would ruin our stay or keep us from renting this home again next year. We loved being located right off the main highway; it made getting around so easy. Overall loved!

Village way Get Away

The property is definitely as advertised. It had loads of space and the kitchen was well equipped. As advertised, the property has no air conditioning, and as luck would have it, we were there for the extreme heat wave (June 18 - 21st). While the property had four fans throughout the three levels of living space, they were completely inadequate for this type of heat. The inside temperature reached 88 degrees. Knowing what the weather was going to be like, we brought five additional fans, power strips and extension cords with us, which made a huge difference for us. The location of the property was perfect for us. It was close to the highway, (but absolutely no noise from it), very near the shops in the center of town and an easy drive to nearby attractions. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would return.

Lovely house!

This is a very spacious house in a great location, very close to Settlers Green outlets and several restaurants and yet it is very quiet and peaceful. The house is well furnished with plenty of towels and linens and kitchen necessities. There are books and games, even a table tennis table in the basement and also a nice deck. There is also a small pool and good parking. If we were to stay in the area again we would definitely consider staying here again, except during really hot weather! There is no a/c, which we knew beforehand, and we happened to be there during a really hot spell. There are lots of fans but it was very hard to cool the upstairs rooms to a comfortable temperature. The upstairs loft area is accessible by a ladder which worked well with our grandkids (11 & 13) but might be difficult for really little ones or elderly relatives.

inside was very nice and kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and utensils. had some issues with cleanliness of unit ie: candy wrappers on floor and one bathroom toilet needing attention. overall inside was very nice however several windows needed repair and could not be opened. when we arrived it was 91 degrees and the unit did not have AC as stated in online listing. there were several fans available and the rest of the time the temps were fine. outside of unit needed more care with shrubs and decking. overall we had a very nice time. property mgr was very helpful .

Hot stay with a decent location

This was one of the most frustrating rentals I've ever had. Don't bother booking in the summer/fall months there is no AC which is listed. The problem is compounded because most of the windows do not open. Most windows can hardly open due to being broken/rotted out or no screens. It was very difficult to cool the house down even with fans. We also found a random filthy towel that was not from our group. The oven does not work either. You turn on the oven to preheat and it won't heat up. The parking also has a pine tree that will drip sap all over your car. Visitor parking is more remote and can't be seen from the unit. I couldn't wait to check out of this property.

A quick getaway

I booked 4 weeks ago, hoping to see the autumn leaves. However the colors/leaves were either gone or hadn't changed, depending on the trees. Lots of yellow, no reds. Oh well...PROS: good location, quiet, clean (except for some cobwebs, easily missed.).The beds/pillows were very comfortable and all linens/towels were very clean. Some nice toiletries provided in bathroom. The kitchen was very sufficient, though we didn't cook any meals there (for just 2 of us.) 2 parking spaces with easy access to unit. CONS: On arrival at dusk we found the front door overhead light was not working, which made it difficult to navigate. I contacted the property Mgr that night and they sent someone over in the morning to immediately fix the problem. Also, TV in bedroom wasn't hooked up to cable in any way, so unusable. The L/R TV was fine. We didn't use the large basement area which had a ping pong table and laundry. It smelled "basementy", but we didn't go down there anyway. It would be wonderful to have it truly as a "finished living space". Especially if you had 2 families (or for teens?) sharing the space, with sofa beds. Final verdict? I would stay here again in a quick minute! It was central to lots of shopping/restaurants in area. It was a sizable unit, especially for 2 people, as we each had a separate bedroom. Honestly, I could've paid for a hotel room, but I wouldn't have had the room to breathe and privacy for each person that a full condo provides. I'll come back here again next year!

Great Location

Location was convenient to everything. The space was big and had all the basics. Quiet location. Overall the house was not clean. Blankets, carpets, showers and furniture were dirty. If it was properly cleaned review would be more positive. Front steps broken with cone placed on top.

Great condo and location!

The condo was a great space - plenty of room in the first floor to hang out plus a bedroom and bathroom. Second floor had another bedroom. Jack n bill bathroom and a futon. The loft area had two twin beds. Ladder would be too much for little ones to climb. Biggest complaint was lack of air conditioning which I didn’t realize until a couple of days before we left. It was 90+ all week - if it had a/c, I would have given it a 5. Couldn’t sleep in loft due to heat. Lastly - they have a little shared pool but just ask for the pool combo ahead of time. I called 3x to get the combo for the lock so we could cool off and fit three different combos each time - all wrong. I did get a text from a local person who could help in my arrival who I should have called first - he helped out right away. Non-property related concern - don’t plan to eat out in North Conway. They are so short staffed that only a few restaurants were open on any day and were crazy crowded. No res/call ahead. Plan to shop and cook in. Overall great property and value!

Nice location and clean

The location is great. The house is less than 10 min drive to many scenic spots in the area, as well restaurants and shops. It's generally clean and tidy, though looks a bit more dated than the picture. The neighborhood is generally quiet and safe. The table tennis in the basement was pretty fun.

Nice big townhouse, lots room to spread out. Close to Mount Washington and other area attractions! Close to downtown area and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property! It is managed by Vacasa, and they provide an app for info about the house, directions, and access info. I contacted their customer service a few times in advance of our stay, and they were always terrific! In the home, the kitchen, living room furnishings, and beds are all modern and updated. Beds were so comfortable! Loved the ping pong table in the basement. Some areas that need a little updating or improvements- the bedroom lamps are a bit dated, and the deck has only Rubbermaid chairs and no eating or cocktail tables. The deck itself could use a little work, but I assume that is a condo association thing. Location is amazing, in the midst of shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away in the woods. This is an end unit so felt very private. Overall, we loved it here and would stay again on our next trip here. As mentioned, no AC, so that may affect time of year we would rent. We had a cool weekend and it was lovely!
