This second-floor unit is bright, sunny, clean, and family-friendly. Enjoy the mountain décor throughout the three bedrooms, two full baths, and large, open-concept kitchen/dining/living area, including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. In warm weather, enjoy your meals or morning coffee on the large deck overlooking the woods and lawn. Venture down to lounge at the pool, play on the tennis court and basketball court, or explore the trails of Whitaker Woods right from the property!

This location is the perfect “base camp” for everything North Conway and Mount Washington Valley have to offer, including hiking trails, Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium, Diana’s Baths, Echo Lake, canoeing on the Saco River, Conway Scenic Railroad, Cranmore and Attitash resorts, tax-free NH outlet shopping, golf, dozens of restaurants, and local microbreweries—all in a 10-mile radius!

We look forward to welcoming you to our mountain retreat. Please note this is NOT the place for parties or large gatherings. We take the association rules and quiet hours seriously and strive to maintain a clean and family-friendly vacation home. No pets, no smoking, no exceptions.

We had a wonderful stay, the host was attentive and friendly. The condo was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of room for our group of 5 shopping ladies.

The keypad directions said hit enter and there was an arrow to the right and to the left. Maybe directions could be a bit more clear but Sarah was VERY responsive!

We had a wonderful time on our trip and this condo was the perfect fit for us! Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. Accessing the property was super easy and although there were neighbors all around us, it was very quiet and peaceful. We don't recommend using the communal pool. There seems to be a pretty bad wasp problem in that area making it tough to enjoy. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect. Hosts were responded very quickly if we had any questions.

Successful thanksgiving trip!

We needed a cozy home base over the Thanksgiving holiday as we traveled from out of town to visit family. This condo was perfect for our little family, it was clean and organized and had everything we could need. The location was perfect, we even took our girls through some of the walking trails adjoining the property. A big thank you to our hosts for making this trip so seamless!

I would have liked to be told that there was no cable access. I couldn’t watch any sports. Also the suggestion that we had to strip the beds and towels and wash them at the price we paid was idiotic. Plus we had to empty the garbage and drive to the dumpster and you asked me for a gratuity was somewhat bizarre.

What a great place!

This is one of the nicest places we've ever booked on VRBO. It's absolutely immaculate, set in a quite community of condos, very close to everything but not in the midst of it. What really struck me was how thoughtfully set up and stocked up it is. Not your typical mixed bag of cheap stuff gathered at yard sales. Really nice provisions and all very tastefully done. We loved it and look forward to going back soon.

Fantastic week

My family and I had a wonderful week here. The unit was extremely clean and welcoming. Perfect for our family of five. Location was close to all the places we love in North Conway area. Wonderful, relaxing retreat for a family

This is a fantastic place for a family to stay in North Conway. It was clean and cozy and the perfect location to access some of our favorite restaurants and activities. The pool and tennis courts were great (and quiet!) while we were there. The space was perfect for a family with two teenagers who were trapped inside a lot due to rain. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall, this is a place we will definitely book again.

Amazing & Relaxing Stay!

We had a terrific stay! We traveled with our 3 yr old, 4 month old, and grandparents. It’s always a good sign when our 3 yr old immediately feels comfortable where we’re staying and he told us within 5 minutes of our arrival that he was so comfy and cozy. The location of the condo couldn’t have been more perfect. It was so clean and well stocked. Lots of space and peaceful. The hosts were super communicative, helpful and so friendly. We hope to be back some day!
