Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to beach.

Owner is easy to get in touch with. House was very clean and manicured. Elevated deck/balcony a major plus to enjoy the views. Appreciated the kitchen having all tools needed to make a meal here and there. Pleasure to deal with and we enjoyed our stay. Close to beach but best to use a car or bicycles as it's about a solid mile around the inlet to get to the beach. Beach is very well taken care of and not overcrowded. Some scenic restaurants like Skipper or Summer Shanty are best to visit in the middle of the week as they get busy on weekends. Thanks.

Magical home on Cape Cod

This home was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect. It was our home base for so many day trips around the Cape. Located on a quiet and safe street. Plenty of yard space for children to run around. Outdoor shower that washes all the sand from the beach that is conveniently located less than a mile away. The owner provides all of the necessary items to make your stay as easy as possible. We spent every night on the upper and lower decks. Fire pits on Both levels! The home was so clean, comfortable and inviting. The owners are so kind. They responded immediately with answers to the few questions we had. They also left a gift card for the local restaurant where we got the best chowder. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great Rental

Gorgeous views from the new upper deck on this well equipped rental. We had everything we needed and more! The house is very well stocked, comfortable, and we were welcomed with flowers and a gift card to CPT Parkers. The beach is an easy 20 min walk, and everything you need is nearby. We loved this rental!

Almost Perfect

The Tuesday tornado in Barnstable dampened our enthusism a bit but we can't blame the rental for that. In addition, there were a couple of minor glitches but the owners handled them immediately. Great house, great location.

Perfect Family Get-Together House!

Beautiful well-decorated and maintained home, perfect for our group of five and close enough to walk to the beach and to visit our other family members who live in West Yarmouth. We loved the upstairs deck for our morning coffee, and the downstairs patio for bird, rabbit & chipmunk watching. We very much appreciated the fresh flowers and the Cap’n Parker’s gift card. We certainly hope to be lucky enough to stay here for our next Cape Cod family reunion!

Best views and so close to the beach

We loved this house. Inside was spacious and beautifully decorated. Clean, great location. Fresh flowers and a gift card to Capt Parkers was much appreciated and beautiful to see. Found out that Captain Parkers has the best clam chowder we have had. Thank you. We absolutely loved the upper area. I didnt even know there was a refrigerator and sink upstairs till I saw it. Very handy. Spent a large portion of our time there. If your an early riser at 5 am this bedroom is for you. There are so many bunnies everywhere and plenty of birds to watch. Very nice location and nice hosts. Would love to stay again.

House beautiful!

This is one of the loveliest homes I've stayed at through VRBO. Beautifully appointed; every detail attended to. Location was perfect for us birdwatchers and we truly enjoyed the little slice of nature surrounding the home. Everything about our stay was perfection and I hope we can return again in the future.

September vacation 2022

Lovely home that was nicely decorated. Nice personal touches with fresh flowers and a gift certificate to a local restaurant was very welcoming. The morning sunrise from the upper deck was stunning . The evening view of the stars sitting by the fire pit was a fabulous way to end the day! Hope to come back to this warm and welcoming home!

Great house, great location

Our family had a great week at this house. The owners (Joe and Theresa) were communicative and equipped the house with everything we needed and more. The house was in close proximity to the beach and many other places. We’ve stayed in various houses over the years and this was by far the best one.

Wonderful Week on the Cape

My family and I enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing week staying in this property. We had all the comforts of home with some extra touches and a beautiful view. It is clear that the owners take a lot of pride and they go the extra mile for their guests. In my opinion the house is better suited for adults or at least well behaved children as there are lots of decorations inside, which enhanced our experience, but could be tempting for little hands! We cooked a few meals in the kitchen, but also enjoyed a short drive to some of our favorite restaurants - short drive to beaches too! Would love to stay here again!

Great location, lovely property

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay here. The house is adorable with more than enough room for us, including all the amenities you need for a beach week. The deck and view are exactly as pictured, a great spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Short bike ride to seagull beach. We’d love to make this our yearly rental

Great memories!

The house is exactly as pictured! It is clean, comfortable and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The second story deck has a beautiful water view. We started and ended our day on the deck. The lower patio also is equally enjoyable. You are surrounded by nature no matter where you choose to sit! Great vacation had by all!!

What a great time we had at an even better house. Flowers and appetizers were their to greet us. A newspaper each day. It was marvelous. Like many others, the top deck and fireplace was our family’s favorite handout. Teresa couldn’t have been more welcoming and responsive. We will certainly return again if they’ll have us.

Great stay!

This rental home is just as described. Our favorite part of the home was the upstairs deck......comfortable chairs along with a great fire pit and beautiful views. This was the perfect location for our week's stay. Very convenient and every amenity we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful location, beautiful home

We had a wonderful week staying in this home. The location is ideal - water views from the deck and kitchen, a short bike ride or walk to Sea Gull beach, and 10 minute drive to the ferry in Hyannis. We loved the layout which worked well for our family of four and cleanliness of the home. The air conditioning was perfect on a hot and humid week. Beds were a bit firm for our taste, but there were sheets and towels provided which was helpful. The owners were wonderful - they helped get us prepped for the hurricane and also gave us a gift card to Captain Parker’s and fresh flowers which were nice touches. Would definitely stay again!

This property was my parents home, we have been enjoying the Cape since we were very young children. This location is ideal for getting to the beach, inflatable water park, restaurants and so much more. There is truly something for everyone. From excitement to sitting on the deck reading a book it's got it all.

This property is the ultimate in relaxation. We would always gather after a great day at the beach or fishing and have a nice meal at the table and then enjoy a nightcap on the upper deck. Memories are made here!
