This 2-story townhome is part of a 2-family home located on a quiet side street. This newly renovated vacation home is BEAUTIFUL - top to bottom! Approximately 840 SF of living area. First floor features a living room, with queen pull out sofa, dining area and full bath with tub. Privacy curtain contains the living room and bath for sleeping. Large second floor bedroom with 2-queen beds, walk-in closet (with desk) and a full bath with shower.

Kitchen leads out to the deck where you can enjoy a relaxing night and a barbecue after a day at the beach and then sit around the firepit roasting. marshmallows gazing at the stars.

Sought after neighborhood in West Yarmouth south of Route 28 and within a 3-minute walk to the 2 BEACHES! Lewis Bay neighborhood. Convenient location to all West Yarmouth attractions including Pirates Cove, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Whydah Pirate Museum, The Music Room and The Loft to listen to local bands and dancing and don't forget the abundance of restaurants to experience Cape Cod dining.

Furnished with a true Cape Cod feel that has been tastefully decorated throughout. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Window ACs in both living room and bedroom. Common deck in rear with access to spacious back yard. Washer/Dryer combo located on first floor.

Cooler, Beach chairs & sand toys available for guests. Common outdoor shower on right side of house with hot and cold water provides the perfect experience after a day at the beach located on right side of house.

You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bath/beach towels and paper products.

Home comes fully stocked in the kitchen. Kitchen will include dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and cookware. Small appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster are provided.

If you require specialty appliances such as a food processor, coffee grinder etc. please bring them as they are most likely not provided. Kitchen linens such as dish towels, napkins and any paper products are NOT provided, so make plans to pack them or purchase them at a local grocery store. Spices and condiments are also not provided.

Bedrooms will supply clean mattress pads, pillows and a blanket for all beds.
