Incroyable maison au bord du lac Ă  Holidays Shores! Cette maison de 4682 pieds carrĂ©s a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites sur le lac! SituĂ© sur une crique tranquille sur les eaux profondes, cette maison est parfaite pour une grande famille ou entre amis! Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour ĂȘtre ensemble ou s'Ă©tendre pour un moment de calme.

Les salles de bain ont été récemment rénovées et il y a un grand sous-sol récemment fini (2292 pi2). Le niveau principal comprend 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée et une salle familiale qui s'ouvre sur un porche couvert relaxant. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain et une grande aire de jeux ouverte / salle familiale / bar et cuisine. Deux portes françaises s'ouvrent sur un grand porche couvert avec une terrasse de gril intégrée. Il y a deux barbecues au propane (un à l'étage et un en bas pour votre commodité). Trois réfrigérateurs avec des machines à glaçons offrent beaucoup d'espace pour vos aliments et boissons.

Une passerelle pavĂ©e mĂšne Ă  une terrasse ensoleillĂ©e, une terrasse ombragĂ©e au bord de l'eau et un grand quai. Le quai contient 2 ascenseurs Ă  bateaux et 2 remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques Ă  jet-ski, vous pouvez donc apporter vos jouets aquatiques. Deux kayaks, un canot, un tube jumbo et un flotteur de hot-dog de 6 pieds sont disponibles pour votre utilisation et votre plaisir. Apportez votre Ă©quipement de pĂȘche car il y a une excellente pĂȘche juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du quai! Le quai a Ă©galement une Ă©chelle en eau profonde et 2 ensembles de marches menant Ă  l'eau pour un accĂšs facile. La crique tranquille est parfaite pour la baignade, mais elle n'est qu'Ă  environ 300 pieds du canal principal du lac. Oconee Springs Park est juste en face du lac et est l'endroit idĂ©al pour faire le plein de votre bateau et obtenir des appĂąts ou d'autres articles de dĂ©panneur.

Il y a beaucoup de stationnement pavé devant la maison ainsi qu'un garage pour deux voitures. Les clients peuvent profiter de l'accÚs au centre communautaire situé à seulement un mile dans la rue qui a une rampe de mise à l'eau, une aire de jeux, un centre d'entraßnement intérieur, des terrains de basket-ball, de volley-ball et de pickle ball.

Great communication leading up to the stay. The views were beautiful from the deck and dock. Plenty of seating options outside, including a lower level with a Solo stove. Traveling with family, we have often had a difficult time with fridge space, however this property had multiple fridges, which eliminated this issue. Would love to return in the future.

The house was absolutely wonderful. All of my family loved it. Tom checked with us several times to make sure all was well. The dock was also great with great swimming area. Several of us enjoyed the kayaking as well. I plan to stay again and would highly recommend!

Great family get-away

Big house and great layout, letting the family spread out and come together as desired. The dock was awesome -- had everything onsite to have fun -- floating island, individual floats, swing, kayaks and canoe, you name it. Some fished, some floated and swam. The house has everything you want for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful large home,clean and well stocked with anything we needed, perfect for our family of 10 to spread out and enjoy our time together! Kids and adults enjoyed all of the water toys, the shaded dock and fishing. Plenty room at dock for our boat and 2 jet skis!! Tom was an excellent host, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Great Graduation Weekend!

We had a fabulous long weekend at this property on the lake! Tom is a wonderful host and everything we could want at the house was there. We knew before we booked that it was further away from the college then preferred but we needed a large house in this house had kayaks, games, ping-pong, and many fabulous areas for the different family members to hang out

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this neighborhood because Holiday Shores truly is a special place! It provides the perfect setting for a peaceful get away! We love being in a quiet area of the lake, yet not too far from the action of the main channel. Having the community center down the street with its boat ramp, pickle ball courts, basketball court and work out room is a huge bonus. We also love the convenience of having Oconee Springs Park not far across the lake where we can buy bait and refuel the boat. We think this neighborhood is a little piece of paradise!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is located on deep water in a nice quiet cove with great neighbors. It is very spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of room to socialize or find a place for some alone time. Three king beds and one queen bed allow adults to have comfortable sleeping arrangements. The bunk room is perfect for kids and teens. Three refrigerators with ice makers are great for large groups and there is a grilling area upstairs and down. Several families have rented this house and another in the area that is very nice, and all the parties told me they spent most of their time at our house. Why? Because it was roomier, more comfortable and had a better layout. We hope you will enjoy it too!
