Located in the heart of Destin’s Miramar Beach, this regal resort boasts everything that beach guests have come to expect from an Emerald Coast vacation – from excellent sleeping arrangements to top-notch amenities. Ariel Dunes I 301 is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condo in the complex. It can host up to eight guests, making it a great place for a large family vacation or a trip with friends.

The first thing you will notice about this beachfront condo is its truly coastal feel. Blue hues, neutral flooring, and tropical accents abound throughout this rental space. It exhibits a beach vibe in every way, ensuring guests can relax and get the most out of their vacation.

The living room features a seating ensemble that consists of a couch, two accent chairs, and a TV for entertainment. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. From the living room, sliding glass doors open onto a wraparound deck that offers spectacular views, which may be viewed from the deck chairs while sipping a tropical drink and dining al fresco. Step back indoors to find the dining table for four situated between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen features a granite bar with four stools, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of counter and cabinet space.

This condo boasts not one, but two, master suites. Each master bedroom includes a king-size bed, private bath, and balcony access. The third room features a queen-size bed and has access to a full hall bath.

Ariel Dunes also offers its guests multiple amenities to ensure every vacation exceeds expectations. Amenities include two large swimming pools, poolside dining at the Cabana Café, an onsite fitness center, and a pedestrian boardwalk that serves as a convenient beach access. If you want to travel off resort grounds, you will find a number of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, as well as fun activities at Silver Sands, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Seascape.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

**Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. During this period, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.
